We truly had an amazng stay. The rental was beautiful and was welcoming. I would definitely would stay again. My grandson truly enjoyed his family senior trip. We loved that everything was no farther than 10 minutes away.

The view is lovely and the beach is great. The pool area had no chairs. The condo is dated with broken cabinets and furniture that was old and beat up. The elevators were sketchy and one failed to go the upper floors. The bunk beds are short and non standard so definitely not big enough for big kids or adults. The host was responsive and offered to come fix the broken things we found, but I felt obligated to report items so we were not liable for them. It did appear maintenance was lacking. The front door was busted and should be repaired. The space could use some basic TLC. It was a pretty clean space and checked our quick fall break family beach box.

Great Size umUnit. Balcony is awesome.

Few issues with the lock when we checked in . Beachball jumped right on the issue and did some repairs. They are very responsive during your stay. I love the coded entry keypad. The unit has a good layout for a two bedroom. Medium sized but with probably the best balcony available in Tradewinds. I love Tradewinds and I have been coming to this condo for 15 years and have stayedin every type of beach facing unit. It is a great beach and has a wonderful pool area, close to a lot of stores and restaurants. A few suggestions would be it is time for new living room furniture. Also, the tile floors are the original in the main living area. The tile style is heavily textured and hence traps grout like dirt that makes them look like they haven't been cleaned. As the building is 25 years old, I would replace those tiles. Bedroom tiles are newer. Hall bathroom tub/shower combo needs updated fixtures meaning faucet, faucet handle, drain hardware. New chrome fixtures in the tub would add a lot. Clearly all cabinets, counter tops and sink faucets have been updated very nicely. Bathtub/shower combos would benefit with the same treatment. PS - It's not a common practice in these units, but adding some clothing hangers to the closets would be a major perk. Make sure to bring some with you. Overall a great stay on a beautiful beach.

We've stayed at Tradewinds many times; perfect location! First time in this unit. We had to purchase scissors and a kitchen knife, as these staples were not present. However, 4 days into our stay, we discovered the third rack in the dishwasher which held the kitchen knives. The cleaning person obviously didn't know of the third rack. The return air vent was full of dust (and obvious, as it is in full view upon entering the condo. The second bedroom curtain rods were not hung securely and came down early on. Worst of all: the master bathroom sink DIDN'T DRAIN AT ALL from day one and was unusable for the stay. Also,the master tub had poor/slow draining.
