Excellent location 2min walk to popular 5 Points in East Nashville. At least 25 eateries and a dozen bars that have food as well. Be sure to try Nobel's, Snooze, and 5 eateries in one Hunters Station. For the best breakfast try Snooze. All of the places mentioned are less than 100 yards away. 5 Points Pizza was voted the best in Music City. Catch to best live music at the 5 Spot and Basement East and Drifters. A short Uber or Lyft ride downtown is under 10 bucks. For people that can work remotely this is a great location. Safe neighborhood. The closest eatery is only 50 yards away. You can take Uber or Lyft downtown or a 2 mile walk to Broadway. Titans Stadium is about a mile. City bus service is available and very reasonable.

Wonderful East Nashville Hideaway

This is a nicely furnished basement apartment with windows in all rooms. A very comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen (with dishwasher and many kitchen gadgets), a spacious dining room and a small but nice bathroom. No laundry, however. The location is terrific being close to the 56 bus stops, and a 2 minute walk to a panoply of interesting dining options. Safe neighborhood and very lovely and friendly hosts. Only downside is that the ceilings are fairly low. For a 5'3" person like me I hardly noticed, but a 6' tall person would feel uncomfortable.
