Beautiful Nashville Getaway!

My husband and I rented this property while in town for the Packer/Titan game. When we arrived our code didn’t work but the property manager responded immediately and gave us a new code. We were very impressed with the prompt response to ensure we could start our vacation! Once inside we were very happy with the place. The open studio concept was perfect! Having a place to park all weekend and walk/uber was also a huge bonus and saved on paying for parking elsewhere in the city. There’s a ton restaurants and bars very close by which was very convenient for when we wanted to stay closer to the property. We definitely recommend this place for any couple looking for a nice little getaway while in a city as busy as Nashville!

Loved this property & East Nashville!

We originally planned this trip for April, and when it came time to book a hotel, we discovered the NRA Convention would be in town driving up prices and reservations, so we expanded our search beyond the downtown area. I’m so glad we did because we really liked staying away from the Broadway area especially during these crazy covid times. The apartment is just as it is pictured in the listing. Adorable, comfortable, and quiet! We were able to walk to the wonderful restaurant, Margots, & enjoyed a delicious dinner on their patio. We also visited the neighborhood bar, The Red Door, and cheered on our Dallas Cowboys at Noble’s on another night. Both had outdoor seating and the staff was following all covid mandates. We spent one afternoon on Broadway and took in a tour of the iconic Ryman Auditorium before heading to a rooftop patio to people watch. Lots of bachelorette parties! We were pleasantly surprised to discover live music, but we didn’t want to sit inside a bar, so we just stood outside a few places and enjoyed listening to some great singing at a safe distance. We enjoyed a special dinner at The Mockingbird later that evening. Reservations needed, and the food and service was great! My hubby and I also ventured outside Nashville. We drove to Brentwood, Franklin, and even all the way to Tellico River in the Knoxville area. Overall, we had a fabulous time and a much welcomed break from the covid cabin fever we’d been suffering from back home in Dallas! Thank you for sharing your beautiful and comfortable property with us!

Cozy hideway

The place is very nice for someone like us who just needed a place to sleep. I would only recommend replacing the two low chairs in the apartment. They are very uncomfortable. The alley needs to be cleaned out. Which that is not the owner fault. Other than that it was very nice.

Relaxing Nashville Nook for Two

This garden getaway was truly enjoyable for my partner and I during our first visit to Nashville and surrounding areas. This accommodation fulfilled many of our basic needs and provided a stylish space for our 4 day/5 night trip. The area surrounding was very walkable to grocery stores and even bars and restaurants! My only comment to management would to ensure cleanliness on the shower head and to provide additional silverware (spoons) as there was only one available. Would most definitely stay if we were to visit again!

East Nashville Gem

Was there for the Music City Open disc golf tournament. Location was awesome to experience East Nashville five points area. So many great restaurants in walking distance with fun nightlife that locals experience. A totally different vibe from the tourist side of Nashville. Host made sure everything was in order prior to arrival.. a great property in East Nashville.

This is the second time I have stayed here. The place is clean and convenient to all Nashville has to offer. The hosts are helpful and available as needed. The only suggestion I might make is to place some blackout curtains over the windows above the bed. Otherwise the place is spotless and homey. My wife and I will be back. Thanks
