Excellent. I would stay again. Only issue was no linens provided. A service was suggested which is great. We went to the dollar store to get linens and towels. Other than that. No complaints!!!

My wife and 2 young kids and I stayed here for a week. The kids made great use of the community pool and we enjoyed the central location of Wells to places like Kennebunkport, Ogunquit, and Perkins Cove. We’ve been renting in Beach Dreams for a few years now and love the community and locations. Will definitely be coming back again.

Great cottage in great gated community. Cottage comfortably provided for family of 5 and amenities of complex were also great.

Maine Vacation

We had a great time in the cottage. It was very clean and nice place to stay. Especially liked the fully loaded kitchen. The community is very safe and offers a variety of things to do (club house, pickle ball courts, pool, etc...) I would stay there again in the future! You won't be disappointed!

Great Week!

We had a great vacation at Beach Dreams. We loved the cottage, it was perfect for our family! Everything was exactly as described or better. We loved being close to the pool and the fitness center and used them daily. It was also so easy to get to the beach. We look forward to coming back again next year!

The cottage was very clean and well maintained. The pool and grounds on the property was beautiful. This cottage would be perfect for a family with young children instead of 3 senior adults as there is only one comfortable bed for an adult. Loved having the washer and dryer and fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher. This property would be perfect for locals that can bring their own bedding and towels as they are not included. We flew in from 1300 miles away and wouldn't have room in our luggage to bring our own linens and towels. Renting linens and towels for the two weeks we were there would cost over 400 from the service recommended so i was going to pass but Kathleen offered to loan us hers so I appreciated and was grateful for that and booked it. After we paid in full, I was told we would need to wash,dry, and fold all the sheets and towels before we checked out. Our original flight was at 7am out of Manchester NH. I had to change it for noon so I would have enough time to complete the laundry. The area is so beautiful and we did so many day trips to the beaches, lighthouses and wonderful restaurants in the area. It is very conveniently located. The add said a trolly stops at the gate to take you places and we looked forward to it but all the time we were there we only saw trolleys in Ogunquit. Even with over 200 cottages in the village it was very quiet and did not feel crowded at all. I am glad we stayed there and had a great visit.

Loved the cottage

Loved the cottage, very quiet area of the community, only wish is that linens & towels be provided. We flew here so had to stop and buy our own. Rental of supplies, for us, was not an option. Also, grill needs replacement, could not use it. Love to visit again. Kathleen was very quick for any questions and concerns.

The cottage was a great place to be for two weeks.The floorplan was comfortable, It was clean, Kathleen was always prompt with answers to questions, We liked having nature in the backyard rather than another building. It is easily accessible to the club house and to Rte 1. Our only concern/complaint is that we had to provide our own linens and towels, which is difficult when traveling by plane or is an added expense on top of the rental fee. Also, we were asked to supply paper goods for the next occupant, which we expected would be included in the cleaning fee.

Great stay in Beach Dreams

We had a great time at this cottage. This is our second stay in beach dreams and this cottage was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. As with many of the beach dreams there was minimal outdoor space but having the pool area just a 1-2 minute walk up the road makes up for that. The cottage itself was clean, and had all kitchen supplies that we would need plus some extra.

rainy getaway weekend

bummed we had lousy weather but made the best of it anyways. cottage was cute and clean. little bit of a mix up with checking in but rental agent was quick to respond. overall was a nice place to stay.
