Four spacious bedrooms and a bright and beautiful kitchen offer plenty of room to spread out and explore. A private oasis awaits you in the back yard, complete with expansive patio seating and a fire-pit area with lake views.

Enjoy a quiet sandy beach just steps away, where the kids can jump into crystal clear water off of the floating dock, while adults relax on the shore. The lake offers fishing, swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding, while the home itself boasts basketball, yard games, outdoor shower, and more!

Savor early morning coffee on the back deck and patio, with direct access from the walkout basement; or sip sunset cocktails on the private balcony off the master.

Easy access to Hyannis and Mashpee for all your shopping & restaurant needs. Ample parking in the large circle driveway enables the entire family to vacation together.
