Ideally located in a peaceful setting in the protected Sainte-Baume massif, 10 minutes walk from the village center, this +200 m² villa welcomes you to the heart of a 2500 m² garden:
* Garden level: the vast cathedral lounge, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom (with bathroom) open onto the south-facing pool terrace + 1 east-facing guest bedroom (with shower room). Separate guest WC.
* First floor: east-facing activity room (with elliptical trainer), multi-purpose bedroom (2 single beds or 1 double bed or study) and 2nd guest bedroom (very cozy, with small window). Sauna. Large shared shower room. Separate WC.
The 10m x 4m secure swimming pool is surrounded by a magnificent terrace featuring an outdoor dining area, a pool-house (with bar, BBQ, sink, US fridge) and an outdoor lounge sheltered by a pergola. Extensively planted with trees and fully enclosed, the vast Provencal terraced grounds invite you to relax and play (table tennis available).
You'll appreciate the unobstructed view and the surrounding area, ideal for walking, hiking and swimming. The beaches around Toulon are just 30 minutes away.
Weekly rentals, with the possibility of long weekend rentals outside school vacations (rates on request).
Price includes linen. Please note that a deposit of €1,800 is required.

Wir waren insgesamt 6 Erwachsene. Wir sind der Ansicht, dass die Unterkunft nicht für 6 Erwachsene geeignet ist. Gut geeignet ist die Unterkunft für 4 Erwachsene mit Kindern.Der obere Bereich mit 2 Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern, Wohnzimmer, Küche und tollem Aussenbereich mit Pool ist perfekt. Dort ist es mit 4 Erwachsenen super. Wir mussten leider in einem Schlafzimmer im unteren Bereich schlafen, wo das Doppelbett nur 140 cm breit war. Auch gab es keine Klimaanlage in diesem Zimmer, so dass es dort sehr unangenehm warm war. Die Kimaanlage im Eingangsbereich reichte leider nicht aus, um den unteren Bereich zu kühlen. In dem anderen Schlafzimmer war das Doppelbett zwar 180 cm breit, aber so niedrig, dass wir dort nicht mehr hoch gekommen wären. Vor unserem Schlafzimmer war die Sauna, die sehr gut war. Vermisst haben wir nach dem Saunagang eine Sitzmöglichkeit. Hier könnte man doch eine Kleebank hinstellen. Das Duschbad für die Sauna, welches wir im unteren Bereich auch nutzen mussten, war nicht sehr schön. Es gab nur ein kleines Waschbecken und keinerlei Abstellmöglichkeiten wie z.B. Zahnbürsten, Zahnpasta etc.Ein einfaches Regal hätte ja schon gereicht. Zum Glück gab es unten aber eine Toilette.Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir aber trotzdem einen sehr schönen erholsamen Urlaub und können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Die Sauberkeit der einzelnen Räume war auch nicht so, wie wir uns dies vorstellen. Hier sollte doch mal eine ordentliche Grundreinigung erfolgen.

Bonjour Hans, Merci pour cet avis très utile. Nous avons commencé à aménager la salle de bain du niveau inférieur pour la rendre plus fonctionnelle et nous prévoyons de terminer les travaux au mois d'août. D'habitude, la climatisation est suffisante en bas pour rafraîchir les chambres. Je vais demander qu'elle soit vérifiée. Je retiens votre idée d'un banc en face du sauna. Enfin, le ménage est toujours parfaitement fait et nous le faisons vérifier par une personne extérieure. Il s'agit sans doute de petits détails qui ont pu lui échapper. Nous serons ravis de vous accueillir de nouveau après les derniers aménagements. Bonne fin d'été

Ein sehr schönes Feriendomizil. Mit Klimaanlage und einem tollen Pool. Wir haben dort einen phantastischen Urlaub verbracht und uns prächtig erholt. Auch die ruhige Lage des Hauses, plus die Einrichtung, hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Un super séjour

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette somptueuse villa , au calme , un havre de paix . Tout était nickel. La piscine un vrai bonheur . Et les propriétaires très gentils, et très réactifs et disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
