Description:<br>Located on the ground floor of the quiet, independent residence "Les Balcons du Pic d'Anie" on Rue du Pic d'Arla, across from the Hôtel du Pic d'Anie and 50 metres from the slopes, the apartment has a total area of 40 m² (including a 2 m² storage room on level-1). It features one bedroom plus an alcove with two bunk beds, as well as a main living area: a living-dining room with an open kitchen and a large closet. The sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping accommodation for two additional people. <br>The kitchen and bedroom offer a magnificent view of the valley.<br>The bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine.<br>The storage room, located on level -1, is accessible by lift. <br>Parking is available in front of the residence or in the immediate vicinity. <br>The residence is accessible via the main entrance and a skiers’ entrance on level -1, both equipped with a digital keypad. Two sets of keys are provided in a code-locked key box attached to the apartment’s entry door.<br>The welcome services, provided by the local company Conciergerie Basquo-bearn Aunamendi, include bedding, a bath towel kit (bath towel + hand towel per person), tea towels, and hand towels.<br>You are responsible for purchasing hygiene products, laundry detergent for the washing machine, dish soap, and/or dishwasher tablets, as well as No. 4 filters and/or Tassimo pods for the coffee makers. <br>If needed, you’ll also need to bring a mattress and bedding for the travel cot.
