Great apartment in the Pyreneese!

We stated at the apartment when the Tour de France was going through in July 2023. My husband and I loved the location and the area. We had never been to the area and were from the United States, so it was important for us to have an apartment with linens and towels provided. We enjoyed our stay in the mountains! The only downside was the lack of wifi, but I think that is common for most apartments in the mountain area. There was a tourism office with free wifi in the building nearby.

L'arrivée super ,le propriétaire nous à contacté, pour nous donne quelques instructions nous avons apprécié. Toute fois le protection du matelas dans la chambre 2 personnes sale. Les draps dans le placard pas bien plier et housse de couette à l' envers. Les serviettes de toilette pas bien entretenue et nauséabonde. Désolé de faire ces remarques . Cela sera pour les prochains locataires.

Bonjour Régine, je vous remercie pour votre commentaire que je ne saurai contester.Il a été aussitôt transmis à la conciergerie qui cette année se réorganise face à l'afflux de touristes de plus en plus important chaque été... Nous nous sommes eu au téléphone et il est bien dommage que vous ne m'en ayez pas parlé. En effet nous avions la solution pour les draps et la protection de matelas directement sur place. Estudio con arreglo a lo anunciado cerca de las pistas de esqui.El segundo día hubo un problema con el agua caliente ya que el conserje encargado olvidó conectarla.Hablamos con el propietario Franck, muy amable y empático el cual nos dijo como conectar el automático eléctrico apagado.Franck tuvo el detalle de devolvernos un día del importe abonado por la estancia, es todo un señor y desde luego volveremos a su estudio en La Pierre de Samint Martin
