Luxury apartment on the ground floor of 120 m² with a terrace facing the sea of 80 m². The apartment is recently built (2019) and includes a large living room with kitchen, 3 bedrooms (3 double beds 160 and 140), 1 bathroom (balneo), 1 shower room, 2 toilets. All rooms have sea view and have access to the terrace.<br><br>Lift and disabled lift.<br>Private parking in the basement.<br>Private staircase to the beach.<br>Sheets and towels provided.<br><br>The apartment is non-smoking, but smoking is allowed on the terrace. Pets are not allowed.<br><br>Rental is weekly from Saturday 2 p.m. to the following Saturday 10 a.m.<br>Rate according to period from 1900 to 2600 € (approximately) per week, plus 60 € cleaning fee.

Très bon séjour à la Baule

Très bel appartement bien équipé avec vue panoramique sur l’océan. La grande terrasse bénéficie d’un petit escalier qui permet un accès privé à l’appartement. Les hôtes sont sympathiques et à l’écoute.

Magnifique séjour à la Baule!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans le superbe appartement de notre hôte. La vue sur la baie est imprenable depuis la splendide terrasse fleurie! Idéalement placé face mer, la plage est accessible en traversant le front de mer, les commerces et le marché de l'avenue Lajarrige sont à moins de 10 minutes à pied. L'appartement est particulièrement bien équipé et joliment décoré. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Merci pour ce magnifique séjour !
