Refurbished apartment 4 km from Megève for 4/5 people, on the 1st floor of a very well maintained residence.
Bright living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed + TV and the other 2 bunk beds + pull-out bed), equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, raclette and fondue set, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster), bathroom with washer-dryer and separate toilet.
A travel cot is available on request.
Private parking space in front of the residence.
Cellar to store bicycles or skis.
You have walking access to the centre of the village of Praz sur Arly (bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, tobacconist, shops) and to the children's playground near the Arly (free swimming lake, Aquapark and tree climbing park).
100m from the ski bus.
Megève is a 5-minute drive away.

Proche lac et bien équipé

Logement bien équipé, grand balcon. Lac et commerces accessibles a pieds. Seul bémol : proche de la route bruyante.
