Welcome to Fairway Breeze! A beautifully renovated four-bedroom, three-bath golf course home in the gated oceanfront resort of Palmetto Dunes.

Upon entry, be invited into the living room with a view of the pristine fairway of the George Fazio Golf Course. Separating the living room and dining room is a double-sided fireplace. Get a little work done with the desk space located right off the kitchen. Sit back and enjoy the oversized deck, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Or decide to take a swim in the new pool just added to this lovely home.

This spacious home has four bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with its own ensuite. The second bedroom features a king bed. The next two bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, with one room adding a twin-sized bed.

• Proximity to the beach: 7/10 min walk via Bridge Over Lagoon of St George Rd
• The pool can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature.

Wedding week

We stayed at property for week of our daughter’s wedding. It was a perfect location for the event at the hotel. It was adequate space for 6 adults and 3 dogs. Very nicely appointed. No iron found though. Only concern would be to remind people who bring their dogs is to be sure to pick up after them. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very nice experience at 7 Ginger Beer.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 7 Ginger Beer for 3 weeks and had a great time. We were a little bit nervous when we booked the house because it does not have a traditional beachy decor. However, we were very pleased with the layout and updated condition of the house. The bedrooms are all a good size and each of the bathrooms is modern and updated. Small touches like laundry baskets in every room were very helpful. The back deck has a beautiful view and the owners invested in high-end outdoor furniture that make the time outside very nice. It does get hot on the deck in the early afternoon through the evening, but we loved having coffee outside in the morning and having evening happy hour out there. The pool is small, probably closer in size to a plunge pool but we still really enjoyed it for cooling off and the adirondack chairs make it nice too. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with every kitchen tool you could imagine. It took us a few days to find the closest beach entry, but once we did, it was an easy 5-7 mile walk to the beach. One suggestion is to leave instructions on how to access nearest beach entry. The area of Palmetto Dunes where this house is located is quiet and beautiful. The house is on a quiet cul de sac, which is ideal for families with small kids. The property management company staff were friendly and responsive each time we called. I really appreciated the starter kits that they provided for kitchen, laundry and bath. The only negative for me was how the property management company manages VayK Gear. When you book the house, you get an email telling you that you have a "credit" for chairs and bikes etc. through VayK Gear. It was only upon arrival that I noticed an almost $700 charge for VayK Gear on my invoice (note I was staying for 3 weeks). I called the management company and they said it was non-refundable and that they charge that fee regardless of whether you rent gear from VayK. I think they should be more clear about that when booking.

Perfect family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was CLEAN and comfortable. The open floor plan made it easy for 6 adults and a baby to move around and hang out comfortably. The kitchen had everything you may need... it even had things we didn’t know we needed. The beds were as comfortable as you are going to find in a rental property. The pool is on the smaller side, but it’s perfect for what wanted. And, the views of the gold course was beautiful. We didn’t bring our dogs, but we certainly will next time!
