Villas at Prospect Point 1521-203 is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath plus den corner unit with easy access to all Summit County has to offer. Sleeps 6. Ideal for families. A bright, clean unit full of light with modern decor and vaulted ceilings. Fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen bar that seats 4. Living room features new furniture, large flatscreen and a double sided gas fireplace shared with the den. Den has additional comfortable seating and sofabed. Free Wifi and Cable. Deck faces Lake Dillon and mountain views. Drop leaf raised dining table seats up to 6 when using the 4 kitchen bar stools and 2 dining chairs. Washer and dryer in unit for convenience.

Near Ski Resorts: Just 7 minutes to Copper Mountain, 15 minutes to Breckenridge and Keystone, 20 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Loveland and 30 minutes to Vail. In the winter enjoy the Frisco Adventure Park for tubing and the Frisco Nordic Center for cross country skiing, snowshoeing and sleigh rides. An easy drive to the historic park and winter festivals.

Enjoy quiet and privacy next to Lake Dillon with the convenience of being just off Summit Boulevard in Frisco. Very quick access from I-70. An easy walk or short drive to Starbucks, Natural Grocers, Whole Foods, Safeway, Walmart and many locally owned restaurants and breweries.

In the summer it's an easy walk to the water or jump on the Summit County Rec Path and bike to the Frisco Marina, and Main Street plus all the towns and resorts. Check out the Main Street Festivals, the bike park and peninsula trails. Many nearby hiking trails and parks. Marina activities include boat rental, kayaks, canoes and SUPs. There's even a small beach for building sandcastles and the Island Grill restaurant.

Great getaway weekend.

Property was clean and worked for what a “basecamp” to enjoy hiking, some shopping, and dining in the area. Conveniently close to Breckenridge and trails led directly from property to Dillon Reservoir.

Clean and well maintained!!

Property was very clean and comfortable. Located near town and ski resorts. Property Manager very responsive and made sure stay was very enjoyable. Would return again and/ or recommend to others!

Felt homey and was clean. Had no problems. Close parking and the property didn't seem overcrowded. Easy, short drive to Frisco adventure park and main st. Great communication which helped with the ease of check in and check out. Only thing I didn't like had nothing to do with the property but the walmart was a little... interesting.

Two things to watch out for - we accidentally went to the wrong condo and tried to get in because there are multiple units w 203 as the unit - pay attention to address :) and the lock is a little tricky to open but once your figure it out, no problem.

Property is located a very short distance from retail area off of the main exit into Frisco. Very basic, but clear that the owner/property manager have provided everything that is needed for overnight stay. Nothing fancy - clean and not lacking any needs. 2 pull out sofas that are actually pretty comfortable (no bar in the back).

Kitchen is stocked with a lot of tools (we cooked all meals at home). We were on the 2nd floor which was fine with us but not expected if you have small kids. Beds were comfortable including the pull outs. Balcony was nice addition with a grill but too cold for that. There’s access to a hot tub that was nice but honestly not as hot as I would prefer given that it’s outside. We also got a super late checkout which was a nice way to end the trip!

The condo was both convenient to the slopes, yet far enough away that we were able to enjoy the more laid-back town of Frisco without crowds. Some positives: The condo was as described; clean, convenient, fresh-feeling. Snow was cleared from the parking lot, which was nice since it snowed while we were there. Loved the gas fireplace! All appliances worked. The "neighborhood" was quiet and nice. Arrival, clean-up and departure were all very easy! Some minor items: while the hot water was HOT, the shower apparently has some regulator on it that doesn't allow it to get fully hot; we found that we struggled to get a hot shower, and we wished we could. Also, it's a second story condo, and we couldn't find anyway to clean snow off the stairs. And while the unit has a garage, we had to use the parking lot (the lot was good, just less convenient, and we had to de-ice the car each morning). Finally, every building in the complex has a #203 unit. We struggled a little to find the right building as we came in after dark - slightly tighter instructions would have been nice (as you enter the complex, turn left and your unit is directly to your right. Park in the spaces to your left or right as these are closest to your unit).

Great location and size, some downsides

Overall a fine place to stay for a short trip. It wasn’t clear if there were keys or a keypad, so I called and asked if I had to go to the office. They said yes and after getting there, they gave me a sheet of paper with the code on it. What a waste of 20 minutes. They said we could’ve emailed it. (Too late now!) Our family stayed here, which means the kids slept in the den area. The family room and den area were very drafty (noticeable cold drafts came from the windows and garage in the attached basement) The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with kitchenware for basic food prep. The master bedroom did get hot while sleeping since the bed was a foam topper and we had to keep the temperature higher since the kids were sleeping in the common area which was colder. We selected this unit and paid more for a washer/dryer-which did not work. (Our clothes were stuck in the washer in about a foot of water, which we had to manually rinse and wring out) When I called management they told me no one could come out until after our stay and “there is a laundry mat on Main Street” So I left a message for the property manager, for some kind of compensation but no return call. Disappointed in the property management (Summit Resort Group) of this place and would not rent from them again.

It's now several days later and we may have forgotten some details but here's a new version. We assume you'll be able to fix these issues quickly and easily so we've given star ratings that assume you will.Your description was misleading. The "leather" sofa was cloth. The "granite" kitchen counters were formica. I doubt that both sofabeds were Queen size since one is smaller than the other.Then there were things that didn't work quite right. The keypad lock on the front door sticks. The kitchen faucet drips. Several light switches don't do anything. The refrigerator is outdated and grimy. Although your description states that there is no AC, the thermostat implies that there is AC. When we got hot, we tried to turn it on but obviously couldn't. The ceiling fan in the living room is nice. It would be nice to at least have a fan in the bedroom. There are many places where the paint is chipped off or otherwise missing.I've probably forgotten some problems but you get the general idea. Basically, somebody needs to go look at the unit and fix all the problems in it as well as make the description reflect reality.

Nice place. Good rate

The mattresses were a little firm for my taste. The unit could be better stocked. There was salt and pepper and dishwashing detergent and that was it. Neat place tho. Enjoyed the stay.
