This trendy flat located on the 4th floor of a residential building only accessible by stairs, is within walking distance of various top attractions in Paris! Here it can sleep up to 2 people comfortably.

Fitted with a comfy sofa, you can relax in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight from the comfort of your home!

The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances and cutleries, as well as a stove, a fridge, a microwave, and an oven. It also includes a washing and dryer machine.

The bedroom is equipped with a comfy queen bed to have a good night's sleep. Complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided upon arrival.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The building is located next to a children's school, which means that there is a lot of noise at certain times.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
