Sports shop/ski rental. Heating in winter only. A cash deposit is required for the parking gate key and parking pass (CHF 200 or EUR 200). If you leave early in the morning, you can get your deposit back the day before your departure and will have to pay for parking for the last night. Large resort "Rosablanche", 8 storeys, built in 1972. 10 m from the skiing area. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing, pond. Tennis (01.Jul. - 15.Sep.), basketball, children's playground. In the complex: restaurant, sauna (extra). Massage (extra). Steam room (extra). Lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public parking 100 m extra. Shop 10 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 7.7 km, railway station "Sion" 20.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 7 km, skisport facilities 10 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school, children's ski school 10 m, ski-kindergarten 7 km, sled run 100 m, ice rink 7 km, children's playground 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: 4 Vallées 10 m. Hiking paths: Barrage de Cleuson 5 km, Bisse de Chervé 5 km, Bisse de Saxon 200 m. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked.

perfekte Lage
pro: + direkt im Skigebiet / perfekter Ausgangspunkt + günstiger Preis + Mikrowelle, 2 Herdplatten, Kühlschrank + Geschirrtücher und Spülmittel (alles, was man braucht) + gemütlich eingerichtet + Betten waren bereits bezogen / Handtücher vorhanden + gutes WiFi kontra: - Parkplatz auf dem abgeschlossenen Gelände könnte in Hochzeiten schwierig werden - Skikeller etwas schmuddelig die Vorteile überwiegen ganz klar - wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

Très bon emplacement
La résidence Rosablanche est super bien située. Plus besoin de prendre la voiture, sauf pour les courses à Haute Nendaz. Le supermarché sur place est petit, cher et les personnes pas très sympas.... c’est dommage. Notre studio nécessite une réfection de la kitchenette, deux plaques de cuisson dont une ne fonctionne pas. Les coussins du banc d’angle sont vieux et devraient être remplacés. Malgré cela nous aimons beaucoup la station et l’équipe de Interhome sont très serviables

Nous avons apprécié les têtes de lit relevables pour regarder la télé. Nous avons beaucoup moins apprécié devoir tirer une rallonge électrique en travers de la pièce pour alimenter (micro onde, cafetière,bouilloire) car la seule prise à proximité était condamnées (HS)

Wohnung, sehr zentral gelegen. Das Kücheninvetar ist etwas spärlich und sollte teilweise ersetzt werden. Das Schneidebrett war nicht mehr zu gebrauchen.
