The villa is located in the commune of Saint-François, on the eastern part of Guadeloupe called Grande-Terre. At 45 minutes drive from Pointe-à-Pitre airport, it will take you less than 5 minutes to reach the town of Saint-François and find all the conveniences: shopping area, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, fish and spice market.

You will not miss the inevitable Marina of Saint-François, where you can enjoy restaurants with a varied menu, and shop in its many boutiques. The Saint-François International Golf Course, the Casino, and the Aerodrome are all located only 5 minutes from your luxury villa in Guadeloupe.

The most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe (Raisins Clairs beach, Anse à la Gourde, Anse-Champagne, la Coulée) are only 5 minutes away from your superb vacation villa. Perfect stay

We spent 2 weeks in this excellent villa. The contact, welcome, good bye, everything was very kind and fast. The Villa is perfect located, near the best Restaurants in Saint Francois. Superb Villa, pool amazing and in a very quite and safe neighbourhood. If we come back to Guadeloupe, we only stay in this Villa. Thanks for everything

Super Empfang und Verabschiedung durch Antony. Er war sehr zuvorkommend. Villa wie schon letztes Jahr perfekt. Super sauber, geniale Lage. Absolut top und unbedingt zu empfehlen. Wir werden vermutlich noch ein drittes Mal diese Villa buchen

Séjour de rêve

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances de 10 jours à la Villa Arbre du voyageur. Nous avons profité de la piscine, des salons extérieurs et du BBQ tous les soirs pour d’agréables soupers en famille. Le jardin est magnifique. Emplacement parfait pour profiter des plages aux alentours de St-François, plusieurs restaurants et commerces de qualité à proximité. Anthony et Arnaud ont été de bons conseils et pro-actifs lorsque nous avions des questions. Nous reviendrons! Nous avons eu un réel coup de cœur pour la Guadeloupe!

Nous étions six à partager cette superbe Villa et nous avions tout l’espace nécessaire, très grande cuisine bien équipée, environnement sécuritaire et calme, bien situé près de tout les services. Je recommande fortement cette location. Le service de concierge courtoi, réponses rapides et bons conseils.

Excellent séjour

Très belle maison, spacieuse, bien entretenue, bien équipée. Equipe au top et réactive pour toutes sollicitations. Véhicule indispensable pour rejoindre la mer ou le centre ville. Attention, pas de bbq ni de plancha classique. Il y a une plaque vitrocéramique dans la cuisine extérieure mais qui n'est pas l'équivalent. Donc il faut oublier les viandes ou les poissons grillés. Oubliez aussi les siestes dans les hamacs qui sont sur les photos car ils ne sont pas mis à disposition. Mais en dépit de ces petites déceptions, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

EXCELLENT,allez y les yeux fermés

Villa en tout point conforme aux photos, dans un quartier calme, proche des plages et de saint francois. tres bien equipée, il ne manque rien, chacun des espaces invite au farniente et au repos. le carbet, la piscine et le jardin sont fabuleux, les oiseaux viennent patager vos petits dejeuners, aucun vis a vis, le portail fermé vous etes seuls au monde. l equipe de conciergerie julien et valerie sont tres reactifs en cas de souci ( petit pb de plancha au depart) et d une bienveillance discrète, ils partagent volontiers les bonnes adresses. le pisciniste est adorable lui aussi, et parle volontiers de son ile. un sejour en famille de 15 jours, memorable chaque jour la decouverte d un nouvel endroit et chaque soirée debrief autour d un verre de punch les pieds dans l eau. des vacances tout simplement!!😉

Notre avis après 2 semaines passées à la villa de l'arbre du voyageur

Le contact avec les personnes s'occupant de la maison a été top. Excellent suivi de leur part, tout au long de notre séjour. Quand on avait des questions, ils répondaient très rapidement. La maison est magnifique, très bien décorée, dans un quartier calme, proche du centre de St-François ainsi que des plages + commerces et boulangerie. qq restos assez près également. La maison est super bien équipée, grande cuisine, tout confort, espace extérieur hyper agréable, chambre avec accès direct à la piscine, un bonheur ! on était au paradis je dois dire ! Le jardin est magnifique également et super bien entretenu. Lit confortable, literie agréable, beaucoup de rangements, une machine à laver le linge, etc etc. Rien à redire de négatif !

De superbes vacances …

Maison idéale pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Grandes surfaces tout autour de la piscine qui permettent à chacun de profiter du calme , d une chaise longue ou d un canapé pour une séance lecture , bronzage et ou sieste 💤.
