On the outskirts, 1.8 km from the centre of Piazza Grande, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 100 m from the lake, in the countryside. In the house: lounge, lift, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road extra. Shop 1.1 km, grocery 1.3 km, supermarket 1.3 km, restaurant, café 120 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Linie 3 + 4" 50 m, railway station "Locarno SBB-CFF" 1.4 km, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 120 m, thermal baths "Lido Locarno" 120 m. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, tennis 2 km, minigolf 850 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como. Hiking paths: Cardada, Monte Verità, Centovalli, Vallemaggia, Valle Onsernone, Valle Verzasca. Please note: not suitable for small children. Not suitable for children under 14 years.
