hervorragende Lage, geräumige Wohnung mit wunderschönem Blick auf See und Berge. Leider extrem weiche Matratzen, die Rückenschmerzen verursachen. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen wenn es härtere Matratzen wären.

Super Aussicht

Wohnung sehr geräumig, hell und eine tolle Aussicht auf die Promenade. Recht steiler Anstieg zur Immobilie. Top war auch Brötchen-Service und Self-Service-Kühlschrank mit Getränken (Bier + Mineral). Hunde sind in Wohnung willkommen jedoch ist keine Versäuberungs-Gelegenheit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Betten hatten sehr gequitscht.

Kurzfristige Buchung von unserer Seite. Alles hat bestens geklappt. Guter Wegbeschrieb. Sehr netter und freundlicher Empfang vor Ort. Tiefgarage eng aber gut. Wir waren sehr froh, denn das Gelände vor Ort ist sehr steil und eng. Saubere Wohnung. Alles für einen Kurzurlaub vorhanden. Tolle Aussicht auf Ascona und den See. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Gute Lage! Die Wohnungen sind sehr hellhörig, Stuhlrücken, TV, Radio in den Nachbar- Wohnungen ist zu hören. Es herrscht ein permanentes Kommen und Gehen, da sehr viele kleine 1-Zimmer App. bestehen. Das 1-ZimmerAPP neben uns war zeitweise mit 4 Personen belegt, die die Nacht auf dem Balkon mit Vodka trinken+Rauchen von süssem "Tabak" verbrachten. Kühlschrank vereist, Gläser und Geschirr nicht richtig sauber, da Geschirrspüler nicht vorhanden, Einrichtung irgendwie zusammengewürfelt.

Interhome hat und eine Wohnung vermietet, die es laut Personal vor Ort gar nicht gibt. Das minderwertige Ersatzobjekt im gleichen Gebäude war ok. Sauber, alles da was man braucht. Personal vor Ort sehr nett.

Das einzige was uns störte : Man kann die Schlafräume nicht abdunkeln.Trotz heruntergelassener Storen war es bei Sonnenaufgang Taghell im Zimmer. An den Werktagen war es ab ca 7.30Uhr bis )Uhr sehr laut,somit war nichts mit ausschlafen (hörten nur wir im 1.Stock). Sonst war es perfekt :-)

L'emplacement de cet appartement et idéal, sur les hauteurs de la ville avec une très belle vue, proche du centre. Au niveau des équipements, il y a le strict minimun. Tout est calculé pour offrir juste ce qu'il faut et encore.
