Gemütliche und gut gelegene Unterkunft

Praktisch eingerichtet und gut gelegen, würde ich wieder buchen. Besonders für Gruppen ideal, da die Wohnung drei praktische Zimmer mit je zwei Schlafplätzen hat. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, was aber in dieser Wohnung nicht so ins Gewicht fiel (oberster Stock). Auch die Isolation des Gebäudes ist nicht so gut, aber wir konnten es warm genug heizen.

Kurze Wege zur Piazza und Lido. Ruhig, gut eingerichtet gut zum entspannen. Wenn wir in der Nähe von Ascona etwas suchen, werden wir wieder buchen 😉👍

Immer wieder gerne

Schöne praktische Wohnung. Sind zum 4. Mal da und kommen gerne wieder. In der Küche müsste mal aufgefüllt werden. Hatte keine Schere, kein Massbecher, nur 3 Kaffelöffel und nur ein gutes Küchenmesser (Rüstmesser) (sind alle unscharf). Die Rillen vom Esstisch waren schmutzig und ein Stuhl klebrig und die Tischsets haben wir nicht benutzt, da schmutzig. Ansonsten haben wir uns eigentlich sehr wohl gefühlt und waren zufrieden.

Gut gelegen, sehr ringhörig

Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Aussicht ist mässig (Haus direkt vor dem Balkon, auf den Bildern nicht ersichtlich). Aber was uns am Meisten störte ist die ringhörigkeit. Man hört sogar die Personen 2 Stockwerke tiefer. Das Hauptproblem ist die Eingangstüre die undicht ist und nciht richtig schliesst.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Matrazen und Kissen waren neuwertig und sehr komfortabel. Durch die zentrale Lage waren Migros, Coop, Apotheke, Seepromenade zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, leider war keine Mikrowelle vorhanden. Im Badezimmer habe ich einen Haartrockner vermisst sowie eine Fussmatte vor der Wohnungstür. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Raucherkonzept mangelhaft

Wir waren zufrieden, müssen jedoch beanstanden, dass auf den Balkonen geraucht werden darf. Ein Nachbar unter uns hat regelmässig Zigarren geraucht. Bei über 30 Grad waren wir gezwungen, die Fenster Abend offen zu halten, aber der Gestank der Zigarre erfüllte regelmässig unsere Wohnung. Das empfanden wir als echte Zumutung und das sollte man dringendst überdenken und der heutigen Zeit anpassen.

Schöne Ferien

Die Wohnung war tiptop in Ordnung. Nahe am Lido und der Promenade. Sie ist direkt unter dem Dach: - keine schaut rein. - kann im Sommer heiss werden. Uns hat sie gefallen.
