Schöne gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt am Hang, es ist ein steilerer Aufstieg von Ascona aus notwendig. Dafür gute Sicht. Die Ausstattung ist gut, der Empfang sehr freundlich. die Wohnung ist für 2. Personen gut geeignet. Alles ist problemlos verlaufen.

Gute Lage, etwa 15 Minuten vom Zentrum, oberhalb der Promenade. Es geht jedoch steil den Hang hinauf. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Es hat alles ausser Salz und Öl zum Kochen.

Vielen Dank hatten einen Wunderschönen Kurzurlaub in Ascona. Die Wohnung liegt steil am Hang, es ist etwas mühsam diese zu erreichen. Was aber nicht schlimm ist, da man alles gut zu Fuss oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen kann. Es ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit gigantischer Aussicht.

bien mais je ne donne pas 4 étoiles

Joli appartement, mais ne mérite pas 4 étoiles: pas de lave-vaisselle, pas de stores dignes de ce nom ni rideaux (la lumière passe; le matin il fait jour à l'intérieur même avec les stores fermés, la fenêtre du salon (où est le canapé-lit) n'a aucun store), cuisine pas équipée de poêles, aucune fenêtre avec moustiquaire. De plus, la plage est loin (si on n'a pas de voiture : 3 km à pied, fort dénivelé). Très bruyant et aucune vue sur le lac depuis le balcon (store des voisins fermé 24h/24).

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum 2. Mal hier. Leider war das Wetter nicht so schön wie 2018, trotzdem hat man eine supertolle Sicht auf den Lago Maggiore und die umliegenden Berge. Die Unterkunft ist zweckmässig und sauber. Man sollte allerdings drauf achten eine Wohnung zur Strasseseite zu bekommen. Diese wird nur selten befahren, dafür liegen die Balkone aber den ganzen Tag in der Sonne.(wenn sie denn scheint) Ein Dankeschön an den sehr freundlichen Emfpang im Haus.

Die Heizung während der Nacht war ungenügend, d.h. von 20.30 bis ca. 06.30 wurde die Heizung abgestellt. Schöne Aussichtslage, jedoch Zufahrt mit Auto umständlich, man muss weite Wege fahren.

Der Blick auf Ascona und den Lago Maggiore ist zauberhaft

Ich kam mit Auto am Abend an und mein Autonavi kannte die Straße nicht. Doch die Wohnungsmanagerin „lotse“ mich telefonisch, obwohl sie gerade auf einer Grillparty war, sehr geduldig bis ich die Straße, das Haus sowie den Wohnungs-Schlüssel im Safe am Eingang fand! Ich war mit allem zufrieden und auf den Monte Verità fährt mehrmals am Tag ein kleiner Bus „BUXI“.

Zentral, sauber, schön gelegen

Wir genossen ein paar wunderbare Tage im Miralago. Die Wohnungen waren sauber, zweckmässig eingerichtet und für Personen ohne Gehbehinderung zentral gelegen. mit Gehbehinderung nicht zu empfehlen, da Hanglage.
