Located 3 minutes from the beach by car / 15–20 minutes via a walking path, this comfortable 75-square-meter house with a 100-square-meter garden is ideal for a holiday with family or friends!

It sleeps 6 guests across 3 bedrooms.
Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, and the third has two single beds. All 3 bedrooms include storage space and a travel cot.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, a griddle, and a dishwasher.
The bathroom is brand new, with a shower and a sink. + Separate toilet.

The 100m² garden, which isn’t overlooked, has outdoor furniture so you can enjoy the Oléron sunshine and a delicious barbecue!
Private parking for 2 vehicles in the secure entranceway with a gate. 

The house is also equipped with a washing machine, and games, books, and colouring supplies are available for children (and adults!). 

Rentals are available from Sunday to Sunday; the cleaning fee is included in the price (please leave the property in good condition, though), and check-in assistance is provided. Since waste disposal is strictly regulated on the island, one pickup per week is included; any additional pickups will be billed to you. Waste sorting instructions will be posted in the accommodation.

Check-in is on SUNDAY after 5:00 p.m., and check-out is on SUNDAY before 10:00 a.m. A staff member will handle your check-in and check-out, including an inventory check each time.
