Schönes Landhaus, ruhige Lage, traumhafter Blick

Wir haben uns in dem großzügigen Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Da das Wetter in der ersten Septemberwoche regnerisch war, haben wir das Haus und v.a. die schöne überdachte Terrasse sehr genossen. Da das Haus bis zu 8 Personen beherbergen kann, hatten wir als 5-köpfige Familie genug Platz. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Vom Haus aus kann man sehr schöne Wanderungen unternehmen, der große Wanderweg GR5 führt direkt am Dorf vorbei. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit wunderbarer Aussicht

Das Haus liegt wunderbar mit Aussicht auf nahezu die gesamte Umgebung der Ardeche. Zugleich ist es auf dem Hügel sehr ruhig, auf der Straße gibt es nur wenig Verkehr. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet, hat eine schöne große Terrasse und Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten. Wanderungen sind ab Haus möglich. Zum Baden und Einkaufen muss man allerdings immer vom Hügel herunter. Empfehlung: Fahrräder mitnehmen und die Fahrt auf den Hügel genießen.

Herrliches Landhaus

Ferien im Oktober, mit sehr milden Temperaturen. Abends den Holzofen eingefeuert, was viel Gemütlichkeit und genügend Wärme brachte. Jeden Morgen den Blick über das Nebelmeer, sehr schöne Sonnenaufgänge! Im Haus fühlten wir uns richtig wohl. Es fehlt an nichts, alles ist verfügbar! Die liebevolle Einrichtung passt sehr gut in das mit Esprit renovierte alte Haus. Der Kontakt mit dem Hausbesitzer war sehr angenehm, die Verwalterin vor Ort war stets aufmerksam, aber zugleich diskret und charmant. Sampzon ist ein reizendes kleines Dorf ohne Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man kann jedoch vom Haus aus wunderbare Wanderungen in purer Natur antreten. Wunderbar! Die Ardèche bietet im Herbst sehr viel: Ohne die Touristenströme lassen sich Dörfer und die berühmte Schlucht wunderbar entdecken. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen!
