Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The extensive holiday park consists of 300 wooden houses (partly A-frame houses and on a hillside).
4-room house 105 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: large living/dining room 50 m2 with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. Heating. 2 balconies, lawn. Balcony furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Detached house. Access to upstairs is via a narrow staircase. Entrance with locker for skis and other equipment.

Enjoyed our Visit

This was a relaxing environment for our stay in Germany. The host was very responsive to our needs when we had questions. The staircase to the loft area was a little challenging when getting our heavy luggage up and down the stairs. The bathtub/shower was a bit high for anyone with physical limitation. We truly enjoyed eating on the deck and relaxing as the sun set. Overall good property.

Lage gut, Interieur mit Luft nach oben

Lage ist schön ruhig und das Haus für 6 Personen genau richtig. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Im Bad z.b etwas abgewohnt und der Überholung beduerftig. Der Solarstrom bremst die Nebenkosten.

Ein schönes ruhiges Domizil mit sehr guter Ausstattung (WLan, Spülmaschine, Grill, Wok, etc.. Bis 4 Personen absolut Top, ansonsten wird es mit einem Bad ohne weiteres Gäste- WC doch etwas eng.

Schöne Ferienunterkunft

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, bietet Platz für eine Familie und ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet und gepflegt, auch wenn es schon etwas älter ist. Toll ist die größte sehr geräumige Terasse mit Blick ins Grüne, die Nachbarn sind kaum zu sehen und zu hören, die gesamte Anlage ist sehr begrünt und bietet Sichtschutz. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt kaum Wünsche offen, lediglich die Nachtspeicheröfen muss man im Sinn haben, wenn man es warm haben möchte. Wir hatten leider, trotz Hochsommer, eine äußerst kühle Woche erwischt, so dass wir gerne geheizt hätten, jedoch funktionierte das nicht so gut, trotz nächtlichen Vorlaufs. Die Ferienanlage selbst ist durchaus in die Jahre gekommen, was an den Freizeitanlagen sehr deutlich wird, hier darf man eigentlich nicht viel erwarten, die Tennisplätze und Spielplätze sind heruntergekommen oder kaum gepflegt, die Gaststätte ist geschlossen, vielleicht coronabedingt. Alles in allem aber kann man sehr gut Urlaub machen,es gibt jede Menge zu erkunden und viele Ausflugsote sind nur ein Katzensprung entfernt. Der Chiemseebietet eine Menge an Freizeitmöglichkeiten und die Berge bieten herrliche Wanderrouten.

Wir , 5 Erwachsene, haben hier im August 2020 einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub erleben dürfen in einem Ferienhaus welches gut ausgestattet ist in ruhiger Lage guten Anschluss an die Autobahn und Landstraße sowie der Möglichkeit kleinere und mittlere Wandertouren direkt von der Haustüre zu starten. Der Ferienpark Vorauf bietet sogar einen Tennisplatz, einen schönen Basketballplatz und eine Minigolf Anlage. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit gehabt und kommen gerne Wieder

Een mooi en gunstig gelegen appartement

Mooi ruime vakantiewoning met 1 slaapkamer beneden en 2 boven . Moderne keuken met B... en M... inbouwapperatuur. Gunstig gelegen t.o.v. van diverse mooie steden en gebieden. In de zomer zijn de slaapkamers op de bovenverdieping erg warm. Je moet een borg betalen van 200 euro. Wij kregen zo'n 100 euro terug. Daarvan wordt betaald de toeristenbelasting en energie/ water gebruik. Water is kennelijk duur(?). 20 euro voor 5 personen in één week. Ik heb daar wel iets van gezegd.

bel endroit, maison agréable

Bien placé entre Munich et Salzbourg, proche de l'autoroute. Petit parc pour les enfants tout proche. Très bel équipement de la maison. Inconvénient quand on n'a pas l'habitude: L'absence de volet couplé à des rideaux blancs... On est réveillé assez tôt par le soleil !! Et une seule salle d'eau (wc non séparés) très compliqué à 7
