About this property

The unique holiday home Moritz is located only a few kilometres from Siegsdorf, in an idyllic park landscape in the countryside.
The quiet accommodation consists of a light-flooded living room, an open, very well equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1x ground floor and 2x 1st floor each equipped with double beds).
The bathroom with shower is completely renovated.
Up to 6 people can be accommodated in the house.
The equipment also includes WLAN, night storage heaters, board games, satellite TV and radio.
A high chair for children is also available.
Outside, with a view of the forest and meadows, there is a large balcony, a barbecue terrace, garden furniture and sun loungers.

A glass of wine or a delicious local beer on the balcony and meals prepared on the barbecues (charcoal and electric) will round off your days pleasantly.
3 mountain bikes are available for your use upon request.
In the park there is a tennis court as well as mini golf and for the children also a football field. A small pizzeria is also available.
Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés as well as wonderful beer gardens are about 4 kilometres (6 minutes by car) away in Siegsdorf.
It is also worth taking in the many sights in Siegsdorf and the surrounding area.
There are about 20 lakes within a radius of about 30 minutes by car, which invite you to swim or even go boating.
Salzburg is also on the doorstep, approx. 25 min. or also the Ramsau, Berchtesgaden with the Obersalzberg, the
Wikelmoosalm and many, many other wonderful destinations.
You can explore the beautiful Chiemgau region via the many hiking trails and, in winter, the cross-country ski trails.
The car park is about 150 metres away from the house.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Pets are allowed on request for a fee.
The accommodation is for leisure stays only, no business stays are allowed.

Super Ferienhaus für Ausflüge im Chiemgau

Das Haus ist sauber und der Check-in hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Hr. Alex, der Vermieter, ist immer zu erreichen falls nötig. Der Parkplatz ist in der Nähe und bietet den Startpunkt für viele Ausflüge im Chiemgau. Im Winter ist die Rodelbahn auf dem Toten Mann (Hirscheckbahn) zu empfehlen mit anschließender Wanderung zurück zum Parkplatz ein toller Tagesausflug.

Een heerlijke week in prachtige natuur

Pros: Het terras met uitzicht, de rust en de natuur en de goed uitgeruste keuken. De locatie waarvandaan vele uitjes mogelijk. Cons: Er had nog iets beter gestofzuigd kunnen worden.

Ferienhaus in Feichten

Das Objekt liegt in einem (ehem.) Ferienpark und ist schnell über die Autobahn zu erreichen. In der Nähe sind Einkaufs- und Tankmöglichkeiten gegeben. Auch für den Auslauf mit dem Hund sind ein toller Wald mit Bach und verschiedene Spazierwege gegeben (Kühe mit Halsglocke inklusive). Das Haus war wirklich sauber und verfügte über alles was man braucht. Vom SAT-TV, über Geschirrspüler, bis hin zur Waschmaschine. Im Bad ist eine Dusche. Selbst Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vor Ort (die wir komplett dabei hatten). Im Haus sind 3 Schlafzimmer (2x OG - 2 Einzelbetten bzw. 1x Doppelbett und 1x EG mit Doppelbett) und 1 Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche. Der Vermieter wohnt nebenan, war sehr freundlich und stand uns bei Bedarf jederzeit für Rückfragen zur Verfügung. Einziges Manko: über die Autobahn sind bspw. München, Chiemsee und Salzburg toll zu erreichen, aber für Ausflüge nach Berchtesgaden war leider oft eine längere Hin- und Rückfahrt einzuplanen. Nichtsdestotrotz eine tolle Unterkunft, die wir bedenkenlos empfehlen und gern auch künftig noch einmal buchen werden. Und: Wer Kinder hat, sollte unbedingt das Mammut-Museum in Siegsdorf besuchen.
