Great location and complex. Condo is newly remodeled with modern appliances, furnishings, and everything worked well - property managers responsive.

Beautiful Condo with Amazing Views

I stayed with my son for 9 days and had a fantastic time. The condo has excellent ocean views, and the unit was clean with all the essentials. I would recommend this location and hope to return.

The accommodations were well equipped, spacious and clean with spectacular views from the huge balcony. Unfortunately the pool was only available to us fully for the last few days as it was under repair which is regrettable as it was lovely when it finally opened.

Cozumel week

Chris and Victoria have made sure guests have everything they could need during their stay. The condo was impeccably clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing and we enjoyed peaceful afternoons by the pool every day. Easy walk to many unique local restaurants and amazing snorkeling. We will definitely book with them again.

The view is amazing, cruise ships coming and going. Everything is so convenient. Local stores, restaurants, Chris and help you with everything you need for the most part. The condo is excellent, is clean, quiet, friendly staff, nice amenities, security in place, books to read, Netflix, tennis court, nice pool, etc. We will definitely coming back to do more scuba diving once our kids become teenagers. We loved this place.

We love Palmar and have stayed deferral times. Only request of 4E is to add dinner table for two to the balcony.

Great Place To Stay

This is my 5th time staying at these condos, and my 2nd time staying in a condo represented by Cris. The communication between them and their quest is the best I have experienced in any place I stayed. I will be going back in December or January and will be booking the same place.

All the amenities

The condo is perfectly equipped with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation! The pool was amazing. The condo was beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything necessary! We loved our stay here and can't wait to go back. It's also centrally located so everything u want to do and see on the island is a short taxi ride! The owners were so accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or requests! Definitely recommend the owners and this beautiful unit!

Wonderful stay in Cozumel!

First off.... let me say that the communication with the Victoria and Chris was excellent....before and during the trip. They arranged a spontaneous one day car rental and also facilitated a Covid test (necessary to re-enter the USA). They also provided us with updated restaurant and snorkeling recommendations. The condo was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Good snorkeling directly in front of the condo complex. Highly recommended. We will be staying there again. Thanks Victoria and Chris!
