Because our condo rests on a hill, you enter street level (no stairs) then find yourself with a higher view. Wonderful Vacation Location

The villa is very very spacious and decorated in a tasteful authentic Mexican motif. There's a lot of decorative tiles in the kitchen and all of the bathrooms (2.5). The sheets were among the softest that I have ever slept in and the pillows were very comfortable as well, eve my husband, who is very "pillow picky" enjoyed them. The neighborhood feels "tucked away" in the rain forest, but is actually easily accessible to beautiful Playa Chonchas Chinas as well as to down town and the Mallecon. There was a resource book in the villa that was helpful and accurate. The property manager was extremely helpful in procuring water for us, making appt. , unasked! for our covid tests and checking in on us. I would rent this Villa again in a heartbeat, definitely 5 stars all around!

Loved every minute

We had a great and relaxing time at this listing, you feel like your really in Mexico. Has everything you need, the pool* was a small dipping pool but for 4 of us, it was plenty and we enjoyed it.

Why they chose this property

This is a great escape location. It's close enough to the bars, restaurants, shopping, beach, and general life of Puerto Vallarta yet just enough off the beaten path to be quiet and relaxing. The condo is part of a three unit complex so it's almost like being in a private casita.

What makes this property unique

The building is located on a hill so although you enter at street level, the views are as if you were up several stories.
