Seasonal rental "Farm Lodge

Wooden chalet for rent, surrounded by greenery on a private lot in a quiet, rural setting just outside St. Vincent de Tyrosse, heading towards St. Geours-de-Maremne. Near the railway tracks; light traffic.

The 25-square-meter cottage features an 18-square-meter covered terrace, a private parking space, a swimming pool, and a garden area; it is not overlooked by neighbors and is not on a busy road.

Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms: the first has a double bed (140x190), and the second has two single beds (70x180), along with storage space and closets.

We can provide sheets for each bed as well as bath towels (€10 per bed).

A bathroom with a shower and sink, a separate toilet, and an open-concept living area with a bench, a table, a TV, and air conditioning.

A small, fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, sink, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, and storage space.

The chalet features a covered patio with a washing machine available for use, an outdoor table with chairs, and a relaxation area (rattan sofa + small coffee table).

Also available for your use are a BBQ, bike storage, and a small set of patio furniture.

You can rent a paddleboard and a beginner’s surfboard (€15/day).

You’ll find all the shops nearby (Leclerc, Leclerc Jardin, Leclerc Auto), Cœur des Frais, Biocoop, Lidl, bakeries, Maison de la Viande, etc.)
10 minutes from the highway, 15 minutes from the beaches of Seignosse Le Penon/Les Bourdaines, and 10 minutes from Soustons.

We offer a Sunday morning brunch service with a full set menu for €20 per person (see menu below).

Fresh pastries and bread with butter and homemade jam
Avocado toast (add salmon or a soft-boiled egg for an extra charge)
Banana bread or Breton cake (your choice)
Fromage blanc with homemade granola and seasonal fruit
Hot drinks and orange juice (tea or coffee)

For children, we offer a “tiny brunch” featuring pancakes with jam, chocolate, or maple syrup, served with fresh-squeezed orange juice and seasonal fruit for €8 per person.
Served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Please let us know if you’d like this option when you make your reservation or by Friday, the day before your arrival, at the latest.

A security deposit check will be requested upon your arrival and will not be cashed. We will return this check to you at check-out if everything is in order.

Check-in: starting at 4:30 p.m.

Check-out: Saturday at 10:00 a.m.; you may check out earlier if you need to hit the road sooner.

Pets are not allowed; thank you for your understanding.

Upon your departure, we ask that you leave the place in a neat condition: empty trash tins, clean and put-away dishes, and that you do not damage any of the equipment provided.

If you’d like to book the accommodation for two weeks, we can offer a housekeeping service on Saturday morning (45€ surcharge).
