Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, allerdings der Zustand der Wohnung und der ganzen Wohnanlage ist renovierungsbedürftig und in einem eher maroden Zustand.

Großzügige Wohnung mit kleinen Schwächen

Lage und Balkon, sowie Bad sehr gut. Das Mobiliar ist allerdings sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Kanten sind teilweise auch an der Wand abgestoßen. Ließe sich alles mit wenig Aufwand renovieren. Das Gesamtmanagement durch S. M. an der Rezeption ist besonders zu loben.

Ort ist wunderschön. Ferienwohnung selbst ok-gut. Matratzen durchgelegen, Küchenschränke klappern. Teppichboden. Einige Dinge älter, andere erneuert. Galerie hübsch, aber evtl nicht mit kleinen Kindern.

Lovely appartement in Lovely Surlej

We very much enjoyed our stay here! We had appartement 24-5 which is not so modern, but very spacious. With 2 young kids and a dog we appreciated it a lot. Lady ar front desk is very helpful and restaurant in the building is good. Can recommend this as it is only a 2-5 min walk from slopes or cable car

Très bel emplacement, mais vétuste.

Endroit génial, personne très accueillante, très bien situé, restaurant super sympa et d'excellentes pizzas,sauf que certaines armoires ne ferment pas bien ou pas du tout, odeur désagréable canalisation surtout évier cuisine. Papier dans commode de la chambre déchiré, et nettoyage pas top. Mais on reviendra, car lieu magnifique.

In der Küche waren nur 2 von vier Kochplatten nicht massiv beschädigt. Nur 2 von 4 Betten für Erwachsene breit und stabil genug.Schlafzimmer i. O. Betten auf der Galerie zu wenig breit und für Personen, erwachsen, 1.83 m mit 88 kg unstabil, Schön eingerichtet, doch die Kücheneinrichtung müsste renoviert werden. Geschirrspüler war in Ordnung.

Die Lage aus Ferienstandort ist sehr gut. Grundrisseinteilung auch. Service und Kommunikation mit Sabina an der Rezeption und dem Hausmeister A. super. Es fehlen in der Wohnung ein paar Kleinigkeiten, wie Sitzauflagen für Balkonstühle und eine Balkontisch (großer Balkon!), einige Kleinigkeiten am Mobiliar sollten repariert werden. Internet und Fernsehen funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Ideal für perfekte Ferien

Unsere Wohnung hatte zwei Etagen, verbunden mit einer freien Treppe. Auf der offenen Galerie konnten 3 Personen schlafen. Ein zusätzliches, sehr geräumiges Schlafzimmer bot perfekten Rückzugsraum. Viele schöne Sitzgelegenheiten, Schreibtische und viel Platz für alle. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ski- und Langlauf. Wunderbare Aussicht und schöner Balkon.

Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und in einer schönen Umgebung. Außerdem konnte man an der Rezeption auch Spiele (für kleinere Kinder und auch für Erwachsene) ausleihen, also auch gut für Regentage. Außerdem gab es gutes WLAN in der ganzen Wohnung. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und das Bad auch.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und schön eingerichtet. Wir waren mit unserem Hund dort, auch mit einem Hund geht es sehr gut. Man hat ein schönes Wandergebiet und auch für Spaziergänge ist es ideal.
