Charm with beautiful views!!

Large lovely apartment with space for entertaining and lounging, all amenities, delightful views from all the windows, lovely patio and sunny yard, fully equipped spacious kitchen. Very close walk to restaurants and downtown.

Sehr große Wohnung für zwei Personen, vollständig ausgerüstete Küche, schönes helles Wohnzimmer, gutes Internet, zielführende Kommunikation und freundliche Atmosphäre. Kurzer Fußweg ins Zentrum von Aurillac. Achtung: nur geeignet für Leute, die gern etwas steiler aufsteigen und das Anfahren am Berg üben wollen. Schlüsselkasten für Wohnung 1 ist etwas widerspenstig, nicht entmutigen lassen .

Tres bon séjour

Au premier abord rue a sens unique a forte pente, boîtes a clés fixées sur une vieille porte, garage exiguë et terrasses exterieures bien équipées mais non désherbées on doute un peu.Mais montez les escliers et ouvrez la porte et place alors a un grand salon/séjour avec box et TV Orange, 2 belles chambres, cuisine équipée et salle d'eau tres correcte !Mais surtout la proprietaire et pleine de bonnes intensions : lits faits, serviettes de bains, tout pour le petit dejeuner (Magdeleines, dosettes Tassimo, ...) 1 bouteille de limonade et 1 sachet de gateaux aux amandes offerts !En résumé cela s'appelle bien recevoir

Un logement agréable dans une ville apaisante

Un endroit calme, propre et bien agencé et équipé dans une ville où il fait bon se retirer pour échapper aux grandes villes et profiter du grand air. La propriétaire est à l'écoute, et tout le séjour s'est déroulé sans soucis. A recommander.
