Enjoy stunning sunrises from our four-bedroom home, which sleeps 12 on pristine Big Round Lake just outside Hayward, Wi. Our home includes very reliable wi-fi, whirlpool tub and a sauna. Only a 1/4 mile from access to a boat launch, snowmobile trails and 3.5 miles from rentals for snowmobiles, ATV/UTVs, jet skis, and fishing boats. Round Lake is a 3,054 acre lake and home to bluegill, muskie, northern, walleye, bass, rainbow and brown trout.

Our four bedroom home on Big Round Lake has generous square footage for a family gathering or just a quiet weekend for two alone. An open concept main level living area with a fireplace is cozy and inviting while the walkout lower level provides an additional family room for card playing and games. The home comfortably sleeps 12 and is conveniently located 8 miles from the quaint downtown of Hayward, WI.

Two bedrooms on the main floor are furnished with king beds, one lower level bedroom boasts a king bed, bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. The second lower level bedroom includes a queen bed and full laundry facilities.

This summer you will be able to enjoy the crystal clear waters of Round Lake and a crisp sunrise out the bay window that will not disappoint as you enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast! As the sun begins set you might also catch a gorgeous moonrise shimmering over the water. When you are not on the water, Linden Road provides the perfect location to take a leisurely walk or bike ride under a tree canopy. Guests can also choose to rent or bring their own ATVs on which you can roam the greater Hayward area on the Sawyer County trail system. Mountain biking on the CAMBA (Chequamegon Area Mountain Bike Association) trails is also very popular as is floating down the Namekagon River in inflatable tubes.

As our guests, we want you to be able to jump in the car at the last minute without spending a lot of time packing and preparing for vacation, which means we will provide lots of amenities available for your use, including charging stations for electronics. We are very family friendly, with items for use such as a pack-n-play, infant bouncy chair and more… We are also equipped for an exceptional adult experience. You will find quality ceramic cookware, comfortable mattresses and pillows, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with a view of beautiful Big Round Lake to enjoy as you sip a glass of wine or cocktail.

Our home is air conditioned and we have an 80 amp Tesla charger for Guests’ convenience. Our dock was expanded in 2019 and we remodeled our main floor full bathroom! Our home is set off the recently paved Linden Road limiting the sound of traffic and giving you the comfort to your little ones aren’t getting too close to the road for comfort. We do recommend bringing water shoes for swimming close to shore. We suggest 4WD in the winter as we do have a slope to our recently re-constructed driveway.

A damage deposit is no longer collected on bookings made after July 2020. Rather a $99 fee is charged for property damage protection insurance.
