Private: property 300 m2, swimming pool (4 x 3 m, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, shopping centre 7 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach 15 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Motorway 9 km from the property.

Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). 1 double bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Boiler (80 litres). No heating option. Patio 200 m2.
