Rustic furnishings: living room 25 m2 with rooflight with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system, DVD and electric heater. 1 room with 2 beds and shower/WC. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm), bath/bidet/WC. 1 room with rooflight, without window with 1 french bed (135 cm). Dining room 16 m2 with dining table. Kitchen 15 m2 (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. No heating option. Wundervolles Haus, abgeschieden und trotzdem in 10 Minuten im Ort

Wir waren vier Wochen im Casa Baretto.und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Man lebt mitten in den Bananen . Auf allen vier Seiten. Voellig ungestoert. Das Haus ist riesig. 4 Schlafzimmer, grosses Wohnzimmer, Kueche und zwei Baeder. Riesige Terassen und ein Sonnendach. Grossartiger Blick aufs Meer, den Tiede und Downtown Puerto de la Cruz. Zu Fuss in 5 Min zum naechsten Supermarkt, in 10 Min am Playa Jardin und in 15 in die Altstadt.

Perfekte Lage

Ruhig gelegene Finca mit reichlich Platz und schönen Terrassen. Es gibt zu jeder Tageszeit ein Sonnenplätzchen, wenn die Sonne scheint. Über Treppen erreicht man das Meer und das Zentrum relativ schnell und gut. Die Finca ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig.

Viel Platz in guter Lage

Man kann hier gut Urlaub machen, hat einen schönen Blick zum Meer, einen relativ kurzen Weg ins Zentrum und lebt trotzdem ruhig. Bergauf kann man zur Not für wenig Geld ein Taxi nehmen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und erfüllen jeden Wunsch unkompliziert.

Mit 4 Personen haben wir 2 sehr schöne Wochen hier verbracht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, die Lage traumhaft. Der Hund war willkommen.

Séjour très agréable

Maison idéalement placée (1,5 km des plages et du centre, proche des commerces) tout en étant au milieu des bananeraies! Dépaysement total. Vue magnifique des 3 terrasses : mer et montagne. Les propriétaires sont charmants et accueillants. La maison est grande et agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter. Seul remarque : il serait bon d'avoir un peu plus de matériel pour cuisiner : poêles de différents formats par exemple.

Casa amplia y buenas vistas

Una casa muy amplia, con excelentes vistas, habitaciones espaciosas, techos altos, varios salones y terrazas y cocina con todo tipo de elementos necesarios para la estancia y la preparación de comidas. Los dueños muy amables. Solo un par de detalles negativos. El acceso es complicado es difícil encontrar un punto medio entre calor y frío en la ducha.

Heerlijk rustig!

Mooie villa midden tussen de bananen, met schitterend uitzicht op de oceaan en idem zonsondergangen. Vriendelijke eigenaars. Regelmatig werd de voorraad bananen aangevuld uit eigen plantage. Het huis heeft tv, internet, en goed uitgeruste keuken. Al met al hebben wij er een fantastische vakantie gehad.

Schönes Haus in der Bananenplantage

Dies ist ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Haus inmitten einer Bananenplantage (trotzdem kein Ungeziefer). Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben zu viert unseren Urlaub hier verbracht und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und für Selbstversorger ist alles vorhanden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub hier verbringen.

Wunderschönes und großes Ferienhaus mit Blick aufs Meer

Wir haben tolle 11 Tage im Ferienhaus Barreto verbracht. Sehr nette Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr groß und bietet viel Platz für jeden. Wunderbarer Blick aufs Meer mitten einer Bananenplantage. Sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral zur Stadt gelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Vue et extérieur les plus de cette maison

Maison spacieuse et agréable. Les extérieurs (terrasse et terrasse de toit) sont vraiment le plus de cette location et la vue.
