La casa en si ,, bastante bien,se podrían mejorar los colchones y sobre todo la almohadas..... El exterior precioso,pero en nuestro caso fue pésimo....nos cogimos esta casa porque de veía bien bonita con su piscina y todo,y nuestra sorpresa que de 4 días que estuvimos 3 de ellos no nos pudimos bañar ,ya que no se le hizo el tratamiento y limpieza que requería y estaba toda sucia y malas condiciones y no la pudimos disfrutar.....

Buena estancia

El personal estupendo, muy buena atención al cliente. El tema mobiliario y utensilios de cocina bastante mejorable, se veía muy escaso y poca calidad. Los colchones horribles, muy viejos y durísimos. La limpieza y el estado en general era bueno.

Escapada estupenda y tranquila

Estuvimos de desconexión una semana y cumplió todas nuestras espectativas . Zona tranquila con una playa estupenda. Por decir algo negativo .. la nevera no iba bien del todo. Pero la verdad que es una casa muy recomendable y estuvimos genial !!!!

Thanks for your feedback. About the fridge, we are in the procress of resolving this problem. For now, with the coronavirus time, the cleaning team have to desinfect all the fridge and sometimes it needs a few hours to recover the cold. This process is done every time customers leave.

Falta de mantenimiento de la casa.

La piscina no estaba limpia, la casa estaba bien y las señoras la limpiaron muy bien, aunque al hacerlo no llevaban puestas las mascarillas y en estos tiempos es imprescindible. Al llegar a la hora que acordamos la casa no estaba lista, al decirle al de mantenimiento que no se estaba usando las mascarillas para limpiar la casa, contesta que el es solo un empleado y que hable con la dueña. Para que limpiaran la piscina tuve que llamar varias veces para q lo hicieran. No volveriamos.

Heruntergekommenes Haus mit miserablen Service von Interhome

In Kurzform: Verdrecktes Haus und Pool, Verschmutze und defekte Betten, stinkendes Badezimmer, Poollelektrik ungesichert und abgedeckt mit eine alten Tischplatte, defekte Möbel, kein Wohnzimmertisch, Minimum an Ausstattung. Baustelle vor dem Haus. Haben nach 4 Tagen den Urlaub abgebrochen, weil die Wasserleitungen durchtrennt wurden. Kundendienst von Interhome versucht den Fall auszusitzen und meldet sich nicht.
