We have enjoyed several very nice stays with Mark and Tammy. They are friendly, gracious hosts. The loft has good views of the sky and the farm. It has been a nice home away while we work on a project near there. We usually order Tammy’s breakfasts or box lunches. Delicious! Looking forward to next time!
Tammy and Mark are friendly, accommodating hosts. We really appreciated their help with our dead car battery! Their working farm is a great place to stay. The location is convenient for many outings. Tammy’s breakfast was abundant and delicious. The loft provides a clean, comfortable, relaxing stay. Definitely looking forward to our next visit!
We enjoyed our 2 nights on the farm and found it well appointed, welcoming and soooo quiet Just what the doctor ordered!

Thank you, Gina. If possible come back in the fall when everything is ready for harvest. Can pick fruit from the orchard and grapes from the vines. Enjoy the journey.
Loved the surrounding farm and having more space than a hotel room was so nice to relax in. Peaceful and safe surroundings with convenient parking and check in.

Thank you, Sandra. Please return when the orchard and grapes are in bloom. Cheers!
Relaxing stay on a quaint and beautiful farm, run by lovely people. I highly recommend taking advantage of the farm to fork meals that are offered. I would return without hesitation with my dog!
We had a great time at the ripe choice farm stay! The property was exactly as described, very tidy and perfect for a couple.
We had a lot of fun exploring the area, checking out wineries and hiking.
This was the perfect getaway for my partner and I to celebrate our anniversary. There were thoughtful touches from the owners, a suuuper comfortable bed, and divine breakfasts. What more could you ask for?
Beautiful little farm. Owner very friendly and helpful. Let me bring my dog and I really had a relaxed weekend. Would definitely stay there again . Thankyou
This was a beautiful, serene property! The barn loft is not your ordinary lodging and it's a little secluded and very cool. The furnishings are basic but very comfortable and the owners were very responsive to any requests. We had a great stay!
This is a wonderful place to stay. It is very beautiful, quiet, relaxing, and so comfortable.
We loved staying here. The hosts, Mark and Tammy, were so helpful from the beginning of the registration process to the last day of our stay. They were especially nice and gave us lots of good advice about the area. The property is just as beautiful as it looks in the photos. The view from each of the windows was amazing. It is so relaxing and comfortable and we enjoyed every day. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Already miss you guys. We look forward to see you again. Me and Richard still have stories to share. Hopefully the fishing will be more catching next time.
The food was absolutely amazing! I definitely recommend adding breakfast and dinner to your stay. The farm itself is lovely and larger than i expected. My 2yo, dog, and I enjoyed walking thr grounds and visiting the animals. Very nice, quiet area perfect for relaxing. Lots of activities nearby to occupy your time. Fantastic hosts and can't wait to visit again.
We were in town visiting family and it was lovely to have our own space at the end of the day. If you stay here without ordering a meal from Ripe Choice, you are missing out! The owners asked for any dietary needs and I have a few, which they worked around deliciously.
We wanted a quiet getaway for just us. The farm was just as advertised. Mark and Tammy were available but not intrusive. The breakfast we added on was so amazing. The loft had everything we could ask for. Clean and homey. We were able to completely relax. So dark at night you could really see the stars. Definitely a return again place.

Lori,
Thank you for choosing our place. We hope you will return. Next time perhaps try a dinner or maybe dinner in the vineyard when in season.
Take care.
The weather was cold and rainy and the power went out, but having said that John and Tammy were way beyond wonderful checking in with us making sure that we were warm and comfortable. Do the ripe thing, get the breakfast! We did and it was amazing. And it was delivered to us HOT! We loved our time and will be back!
Return Trip As Amazing As First Experience - Coming Back Soon!
This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it is truly a gem! John and Tammy are amazing hosts, super communicative, sweet, and helpful. Tammy is an amazing chef, so you absolutely have to order at least one meal when you stay here. We were celebrating my girlfriend's birthday this time and there was a mixup in the flower delivery. John and Tammy went out of their way to give us a bottle of champagne when we arrived and then they also drove out and picked up the flowers I had ordered. The farm is beautiful, there are many nearby wineries, and an amazing hike up Mt Konocti if you want to do that. We will definitely be back for a third time soon!
Very nice secluded space, great hosts, some small improvements would help
Nice secluded rustic space with a very comfy bed. Great value for the price. One large room with a modern bathroom and shower. AC worked great during some very hot weather. Layout of the room is a bit strange with TV on the side of bed and chairs across the room. Wi-Fi Internet was very spotty connection - may have been due to heat. There is an industrial kitchen just below the “loft” that was a little noisy but not bothersome. The space would be significsntoy improved if they added a kitchenette with a sink, small stove, and cooktop to make own food. Currently just a fridge and microwave for eating.
Great hosts, property exactly as described, and nice stay on a small farm. Really delicious food available from the hosts, although a bit pricey - we got the dinner, was really nice, best asparagus I've ever tasted!
The barn loft is pretty solid - lacking some things like a kitchen sink to wash glasses (did this in the bathroom), but that was all fine. A little bit of noise from the commercial kitchen for their catering business , but nothing significant. Pretty hot in the loft too - we arrive on a 85 degree day, and took about 30 minutes of running the unit and fans to get comfortable. If you're coming on a hot day, might be worth messaging the hosts to ask them to start running the cooling and fans like an hour before you plan to arrive.
Overall, very enjoyable, good value for cost.
