For shared use: property 6'000 m2 with plants and trees, swimming pool (17 x 7 m, depth 200 cm, seasonal availability: 03.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis, children's playground (slide, swing). Stepped path (9 steps) to the house. Single garage. Bus stop "Ayuntamiento Llançà" 2.6 km, railway station "Llançà" 3.2 km, pebble beach 400 m, swimming bay 150 m. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km. Problème pour ouvrir la maison.

Le lit de la chambre du bas : très mauvaise literie. Le séchoir à cheveux ne fonctionne pas. Vaisselle insuffisante. Malgré ce, villa très agréable, spacieuse et correspond à vos photos.

Globalement très bien, mais...

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison Don Quijote. Les+ : Maison et appartement spacieux. Une vue à couper le souffle. Stationnements nombreux. Restaurant dans la résidence très bien. Piscine magnifique. Tout ce qu'il faut pour 10 personnes. Les- : Les plages sont plus loin que ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce. La première est à 1.2km et non pas 400m ! Les derniers à la douche auront de l'eau froide ! Wifi capricieux ! Nettoyage médiocre à l'arrivée ! Plein de Cloportes partout !

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique et le petit sentier de randonnée à ses pieds apporte un plus à la maison. Par contre les équipements de la cuisine sont très justes quand on part en petit groupe . Pas de grande poêle, pas de grand faitout pour la préparation des repas de 7 pers, et le micro ondes,le four grill le lave linge dâtent un peu, de plus pas de chauffage dans la maison quand on part fin octobre on y a eu un peu froid c est dommage

Super schöne Lage direkt am Meer

Großzügiges Haus mit toller Aussicht. Ideal für Großfamilie. Pool und Gelände ideal für kleinere Kinder. Angabe "Grill" kann irreführend sein (war kleiner Elektrogrill). Tisch auf Terrasse bei Vollbelegung zu klein. Elektrogeräte überaltert. Fußweg nächster Badestrand 15 Minuten.

Vue magnifique, extérieurs super bien entretenus. L'electro ménager a qqs années, il faudrait penser à le changer. Pas d'internet hors saison. Dommage.

Beaucoup de panne

Parasol cassé bouilloir cassée, télé du bas ne marché pas , pas d'épingles a linge, pas de clim dans les chambers, voltes Rolland cassées.

Merci encore de nous envoyer votre opinion. Le parasol cassé a été remplacé, après vérification la tv du bas fonctionne correctement. Comme indiqué dans la description, l'air conditionné n'est disponible que dans le salon/salle à manger. Le logement n'est pas équipé de volets roulants. Malgré votre déception nous serions très heureux de vous revoir.
