Bristol Mountain Resort is just minutes away for skiing and snowboarding. The resort has the highest vertical rise (1,200') of any resort between the Adirondacks and the Rockies.
Restful hideaway just a stone's throw from local action! Shopping, antiques, hiking, relaxation and fun at the Lakes.
Noble Shepherd Brewery is a mile away and there are three other fun breweries within 5 miles - and many more around the Lakes.
There is also a plethora of wineries nearby. Something to suit all tastes.
Local grocery stores in Honeoye, Bloomfield and Canandaigua - some even deliver.
Plenty of restaurants are just a short drive from the house.

The space
Entrance is through the unfinished basement - great for games and with its own Smart TV. A futon makes a comfortable queen size bed (with real mattress and bedding). The kids can enjoy hours of ping pong! If you are remote working you can set yourself up a work area downstairs (good for peace and quiet unless the kids are playing ping pong!!). There is one bathroom in this unfinished area (it is finished of course!).
Well-behaved small pets are welcome with agreement from your hosts prior to your stay.

Bebe lodge was a dream to stay in. Well appointed in every way. The kitchen had everything you could ever need and there were an abundance of clean linens as well. My kids loved the bunk bed! Thank you for such a wonderful stay can’t wait for a return visit.

Relaxing Vacation

We had the most relaxing vacation at this house. Clean, comfortable and filled with all the amenities needed. Close to all of the Finger Lakes, but away from the crowds. Property owners were as wonderful as their home!

Everything was wonderful! Lots of extras in the house and the catch and release pond was a huge hit for my kids. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and very responsive.

A ski trip and home visit

This location was perfect in proximity of the ski resort and my hometown. Wonderful accommodations and communication was clear and very helpful. I would love to stay again soon!

Fantastic location and great and easy communication with the homeowners. Very friendly and helpfulul

Really lovely location. Great views. Very clean. Huge deck that offers an amazing opportunity for star-gazing. And located closely to many many wineries!

Perfect vacation spot!

We had an excellent time here! Very clean and spacious. The rooms were very bright and the deck was very relaxing. The kids enjoyed the pond and the trails and also played several games of ping pong. We would highly recommend visiting here. We hope to come back one day!

Wonderful getaway

This home was a wonderful weekend summer vacation. Kids had hours of fun fishing in the pond and exploring the trails. Nikki was very responsive whenever we had a question. Hope to be able to visit again!

Very Peaceful

Some friends and I housed together with my little puppy Theo. The location is serene with lots of native plants. It’s a lovely property to explore!My bed was very comfortable (primary bedroom) and the water pressure in the shower was excellent.My only suggestion for improvement would be to swap the ping pong and futon. My friend that was planning on sleeping downstairs felt it too open and chose to sleep upstairs on the sofa.

This home is just that, Home. Very welcoming and warm. Had a lot of supplies provided. Loved the little touches like the fresh cut flowers on the table! Also there is a second bathroom incase anyone turns away because of the listing saying one bath. Beautiful location and great host.

Home away from home

There is so much to like about this property. The house is beautiful and clean. It is well stocked, bring your clothes and food, the rest is there! The property is private and well cared for. We loved it. There was plenty of space for five adults. The owners communicated well and kept in touch. We will definitely come back!

Great Stay to Enjoy the PGA

Great location in the countryside. Near Canandaigua Lake, Birdhouse Brewery and a number of nice golf courses. Went up to see the PGA Championship at Oak Hill and play a couple local courses. The house, the location and the hosts were wonderful. Great communication with hosts. It was a rainout Saturday and they offered to let us stay the whole day Sunday (checkout day). Unfortunately, we had to get on the road. Thank you!!

Perfectly Relaxing

Peaceful getaway is a perfect name for this property. We appreciated all of the wonderful touches from the fresh flowers to the fully-stocked kitchen with everything we needed for our weekend there. Even though we had to dodge rain and storms, we got to hike the trails on the property, grill out, and enjoy the fire pit out on the deck. We played ping-pong and at least one trivia game as well as Mexican Train with the dominoes. We left behind some drawings as well. The blankets were comfy and the beds were comfortable as well. The house could not have been cleaner or more functional. We did not even leave the property for three days because things were so great here. Thanks to our great hosts! I hope we can stay here again sometime in the future--what a great place!

Peace. Quiet = Recharged

Enjoyed my stay very much. Quiet, clean house. Grill works well. Good shower pressure. Wi-fi and cable also work well. Close to grocery store, sandwiches etc. in Honeoye. Check out Wizard of Clay down the road for some really beautiful pottery; plates, bowls, mugs etc. made on site Nikki and Randy offer total privacy, but are right "across the pond" if you need anything. Nikki responded right away when I had a question. Bare trees when I stayed, but with the 2 ponds on the property, very likely beautiful scenery spring through fall.

Beautiful retreat on the pond

This home was everything we were hoping for. It was clean, spacious, away from everyone and the pond was an extra especially with all the fish to be caught and the bull frogs singing. The trail is also very nice. This property is amazing. Nikki, the host and her husband Randy were the best hosts who live right up the road on the pond right next to the pond in front of the home we stayed in. We had trouble connecting the WiFi and Nikki came right over and connected it for us. Randy and my husband talked about the fish in the pond one day when they ran into each other outside. The gas fire pit was very nice in the evenings and the deck is beautiful as well. The house is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking as well as toilet paper and paper towels and even laundry detergent. There are 5 wineries and quite a few breweries on this lake which was perfect. The brewery right up the street (Noble Shepherd) was great and they have live music and catered food. If you wanted to explore the other lakes, Seneca lake is a 40 minute drive and the views are spectacular. As well as Kueka and Cayuga. We took a ride to Seneca and we were not disappointed. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to get away from it all. We could have just stayed in the home and been happy. There are also lots of board games and a ping pong table downstairs in the basement that we had a great time playing. Thank you so much Nikki and Randy for a most memorable weekend getaway.

Girls Weekend
