appartement plutÎt correct, dommage que le mobilier et la vaisselle soient en mauvais état (micro-onde qui date des années 70, vaisselle non nettoyé et en quantité limité, BZ cassé et support de douche cassé également). Malgré ça l'appartement reste confortable et bien placé.

Propreté à revoir et un coup de neuf serait bienvenu

IdĂ©alement localisĂ©. TrĂšs calme en septembre mais isolation phonique absente, peut ĂȘtre bruyant en saison. IntĂ©rieur vieillot, et la propretĂ© laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer- en pleine pĂ©riode de Covid, on se pose des questions ... mais bon on a passĂ© 2h pour tout nettoyer et ensuite c’était parfait.

War nicht so toll

Die Wohnungen in dieser Anlage sind grundsĂ€tzlich funktionell ohne groß Schnickschnack. Hier hat man z. B. an den SchrĂ€nken gespart. In der unteren Etage existiert 1 „Schrank“ evt. 50 cm breit mit 1,5 nutzbaren AblageflĂ€chen fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Kleidung (da tiefe AblageflĂ€che). Darunter ist eine Kleiderstange angebracht. Dieser Freiraum ist leider nur Ă€ußerst eingeschrĂ€nkt nutzbar, da dort eine Heizung, Staubsauger, Leiter und div. Putzmaterialen stehen. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es Haken. Nur sind diese im Einstiegsbereich des Bettes, so dass HĂŒte oder Jacken auch schon mal runter gefallen sind. Zumal wenn grĂ¶ĂŸere Personen das Zimmer nutzen. Im oberen Schlafbereich stehen 2 Betten und ein halb hohes, offenes BĂŒcherregal, ca 70 cm breit. Dieses kann nur mit Kleidung gefĂŒllt werden, die Buchtiefe faltbar ist. Z. B. UnterwĂ€sche oder Kleinkindersachen. Alles was grĂ¶ĂŸer ist steht ĂŒber oder passt halt gar nicht. Neben der Wassertherme, die auch nachts öfters anspringt, ist der Privatschrank. Die HĂ€lfte der oberen FlĂ€che kann noch fĂŒr die Ablage von Erwachsenenkleidung genutzt werden. Im einem Balken waren 3 Haken angebracht. Diese haben wir dann als Schrank fĂŒr Hemden, lĂ€ngere Röcke, Blusen etc genutzt. Diese Kleidung hing also auch offen rum, auch im Breich der Treppe. Da der gesamte Stauraum fĂŒr 3 Personen zu klein war, haben wir mit dem Rest aus dem Koffer gelebt. Ein Platz fĂŒr die Unterbringung der Koffer ist nicht vorgesehen. Schuhe haben wir offen im unteren Bereich verteilt. FĂŒr die PlastikstĂŒhle im Essbereich existieren keine Polster. Ab mittags klebt man bei sommerlichen Temperaturen unangenehm fest. Bei 1 Stuhl ist die SitzflĂ€che eingerissen. Er ist zumindest zum Sitzen nicht nutzbar, was aber bei 3 Personen kein Problem darstellt. Es gibt keinen MĂŒlleimer. Dankenswerterweise hat uns die Verwaltung mit einem Papierkorb ausgeholfen. So stand der MĂŒll/Speisereste bis zur tĂ€glichen Leerung offen. Eine Badematte wurde auch unkompliziert nachgereicht. Es wĂ€re schön, wenn ein Schneidebrett angeschafft werden könnte, zumal auch kein Unterlegbrett fĂŒr heiße GrĂ€nke oder Töpfe vorhanden ist. Gut: neuer KĂŒhlschrank mit Gefrierfach, neue Waschmaschine. ElektrogerĂ€te waren in Ordnung. Bad ausreichend ausgestattet; der Platz optimal genutzt. Ausreichend Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden. FĂŒr 4 Personen ist die Wohnung nicht nutzbar, trotz 4 Schlafgelegenheiten. 3 Personen ist Ă€ußerst eng, mangels Stauraum.
