Supermarket, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 6 km, sandy beach "Playa d'Ampolla" 10 km, shingle beach "Cala del Moraig" 1.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 600 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
3-room terraced house 80 m2. Renovated in 2016, practical furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, TV and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace 6 m2. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea.
