Nice cottage-style finished basement with plenty of room for a family getaway. Deer and chipmunks in the garden. Short drive (0.5 mi) to restaurants and shops in Tryon.
We stayed one night in this charming brick cottage and absolutely loved it! It was cozy, super cute, and the drive to the house was beautiful. Everything was clean and well-kept, and the host responded quickly to any questions I had. Wish we could’ve stayed longer—such a peaceful little spot!

So glad you enjoyed your stay. Hope we can host you again sometime soon. 5 star guests!!!
The location is lovely and the site is well maintained.and very clean. It was nice to have 2 beds and 2 baths since one of us is an early riser.
We enjoyed our stay!
Superb rental! The hosts have created such a warm and comfortable home away from home. Attention has been paid to every detail with a mix of old and new, and a well stocked kitchen, and great Wi-Fi and cable services. Outdoor green space is beautiful and the welcoming gifts were most appreciated!
The place has a wonderful setting! Very comfortable and clean. My only question is there were no instructions on how to leave the place. Places we have stayed have directions on leaving, though there was a note to keep the door open. We left it in good shape, thank you! Will stay again.
This place was even better in person. Very roomy, has everything you need, beds were very comfortable. Extremely clean which was huge for me. The location was perfect to get to other towns to explore. Erin was an amazing host as well.
An old friend and I made short trip up for the Tryon horse show. I had owned a house in Tryon at one time. The place lovely and peaceful..great Tryon location!
Though our stay was short, we enjoyed it. The location was not far from restaurants in town. When we got back, we watched tv in the living room area. The space is cozy and spacious at the same time! Communication with the host was great as well 🙂
We had a really nice time at this lovely apartment. It looks just like the pictures - only better. Really nice living area with charming decor. A kitchen with all the modern conveniences and cozy bedrooms.Erin couldn’t have been nicer. They left us wine, snacks and coffee for a special touch. We’d stay again for sure.
10/10 would happily stay here again. Rental was as described and pictured in the listing or better. Found it clean and well appointed. Host was helpful and communicative when I had questions. The laundry and kitchen appliances seemed new and worked very well. Quiet location although small dogs upstairs did bark a lot one night but quieted after we settled down for the night. We enjoyed our stay here very much!
I booked the cottage last minute as I had a friend visiting from NY and we wanted to get away for a night. The home was incredibly cozy and warm, which was especially welcome on such a cold day. The beds were comfortable and linens were nice. The kitchen was well-equipped as was the rest of the cottage. If I could give it six stars I would!
