We are a gated private community with security guard 24/7 nice and quiet neighborhood that is centrally located about t 15 minutes from San Juan International Airport. We are 30 minutes away from Old San Juan where you will find good dinning and historical sites and night life. We are 25 minutes away from El Yunque , Twenty minutes away from the closest beach, 10 min a large Outlet Mall. We are 40 minutes away from Farjardo where you can take the ferry to Culebras and Vieques Island.
