Unique Cosmopolitan Villa in the Heart of Ivywild! Beautifully appointed 2 bedroom 2 bath villa complete with gourmet kitchen, vaulted ceilings and 2 patios. From the private parking area enjoy a stroll through the garden path to the front, courtyard entry. In addition, guests enjoy exclusive use of hot tub, fire ring in a private, custom designed back yard that is fully enclosed . Open design and modern zen like atmosphere create a serenity enhanced by shades of grey and blue accents, 17 foot ceilings in living room and 9 foot ceilings throughout. Large wooden sliding doors spill out into private, fenced backyard with hot tub, fire ring, all uniquely landscaped. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails in the custom metal gated front veranda with night lighting . Beautifully appointed master bedroom and bath has a Tempurpedic adjustable king size bed with massage and sliding doors that lead to hot tub and fire ring. The luxurious master bath features a heated tiled floor and large walk in shower with multiple shower heads creating a spa like atmosphere. Gourmet kitchen is highlighted by a gas range and wine fridge . The separate laundry room is complete with washer, dryer and folding area. Large, spacious living room is the place to enjoy TV with a gas fireplace ...simply flip a switch to have a cozy fireside movie night . Walking distance to Ivywild establishments such as the Ivywild School brewery , coffee house and Axe n Oak whiskey bar and of course Bristol Brewery.

Winter Getaway

When arriving at the villa the steps to access the property were clear. The place was modern and spotless with a fully equipped kitchen. Lots of games to choose from WiFi speed was quick. The beds were comfortable and the private backyard was a nice bonus! A washer machine and dryer are also at this property which came in handy a few times. The hot tub is a great size and was perfect for the weather we experienced. Overall I’d give this villa 5 stars if I could.

It was a very good experience. The home is beautiful and as listed, perhaps a little better. The kitchen, living area's, bedroom and bathrooms were comfortable and well furnished.

Wonderful place in Colorado Springs. Good location, fairly close to everything, but also a quiet neighborhood where you can relax. Very nice interior, well thought out and well maintained. We had a great stay!

Perfect location for family trip

The location was perfect, 10-15 minutes from everywhere we wanted to visit. The house was clean, modern and had everything we needed. The host was great and responded to my texts in a timely manner! I definitely would recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed the space. Everything was clean and comfortable. The master bed was so comfortable and we loved the master shower. The hot tub was perfect for the cold nights! Neighborhood looked sketchy but inside the residence was fabulous!

Long-Time Friends Vacation/Staycation

We had such a great time at this property with friends who live close to the area and needed a getaway from reality. The secluded backyard that includes a hot tub, grill, and fire ring make for a great vacation-feel. It was also close to so many of the attractions we wanted to see and visit while in town. Truly a beautiful place to rest, relax, and catch up with friends.

Great Place to Unwind

The property was welcoming and perfect for what we were looking for. The hot tub was great after a day full of hiking. Wonderful outdoor area, kitchen and coffee bar. Location was good for where we were going. Disappointed that there was not a grill, even though the description stated there was one. Overall, great place! The hosts were nice and welcoming as well!

Central oasis

This place was absolutely perfect for our honeymoon stay! The house had an amazing deck with fire ring and hot tub so you can still enjoy even in the 20 degree weather. The living room with fireplace was peaceful and homey. The coffee and wine bar added a great way to begin and end a long day of vacationing. Amazing food was literally a walk away (we walked to dinner two nights out of our stay). Could not have asked for better!

Beautiful and Private

We had a wonderful girl's weekend away in the Villa. It is a beautiful property that is well kept, up to date, and private. The fire pit, hot tub, and televisions were all easy to use. We hiked the Manitou Incline and it was only about a 15 minute drive away. The host was also easy to reach and very helpful with local information. Absolutely recommend!

Ivywild & The Broadmoor!

My 3 adult siblings and had had a wonderful few days in Colorado Springs- thanks in part to the wonderful accommodations and location of the Villa! We were in town to attend the Colorado Golf Hall of Fame (worth a visit!!) 50th anniversary gala at the Broadmoor. The Villa’s location was perfect for us - and an easy hop to the airport! Our co-hosts Tom and Breanna were great to work with! We all agree we’d stay there again if the opportunity arises! Thank you!!!

Amazing

The residence is in such a charming location, surrounded by other great houses. Neighborhood was calm and peaceful with easy access around Colorado Springs and even a short drive to quaint Manitou Springs. The inside of the property is breathtaking and has all the amenities one would need and more. The adjustable bed was very easy to use and had a great massage feature. The private hot tub was also fabulous and was a great way to relax and unwind after a day of hiking or shopping.

Beautiful modern home at foot hills of Cheyenne Canyon

We loved the open kitchen concept with high ceiling and lots of natural light. We were able to manage with the kitchen tools provided but it was minimal. The backyard/hot tub area is great but the table outside needs to be repaired/replaced. Very convenient and quiet to lots of activities close by. We love spending time in Cheyenne Canon. Favorite hike was Muscoco Mnt view via N. Cheyenne Canon Park.

Beautiful and relaxing respite.

My husband and I traveled to the Springs to attend our nephew’s high school graduation at Air Academy. We decided to build in a vacation along with it. I was searching for a relaxing spot and initially rented a VRBO in Briargate. The host suddenly canceled our reservation, so I was casting about for a new place and stumbled upon this cottage. I’m so glad I did! The place was quiet. The backyard was private and so, so relaxing with the hot tub and fire ring. The bathroom featured a lovely shower, and the kitchen offered a great coffee maker and gas range. My husband and I appreciated the hot tub after our hikes, and we both enjoyed being able to watch movies on the big screen television. I have only one tiny “complaint,” which is a bit of a strong word. The master bed features a Tempurpedic mattress and there’s no ceiling fan. The combination of both is very difficult for menopausal, “hot flash” women. I confess I was crazy hot most nights in the bed. If the host put in an inexpensive floor fan that could be used, that would make a big difference for those of us in my “tribe.” But like I said, that’s minor. The rest of the amenities totally rocked, and I will say that overall my husband and I agree that this has been our favorite VRBO of the bunch, and we’ve used VRBOs quite a bit.

This is a truly unique property as it is on the same lot as the Ivywild Boutique Cottage. The two properties sit on the same beautiful manicured front garden and gazebo and can accommodate 10 people between the two properties. Each property, however, has its own private living spaces.

What makes this property unique

Enjoy private parking, stunning decor and the relaxation of private hot tub and fire ring year round. Fabulous sightseeing and hiking all with in a 10 mile radius. Local restaurants and pubs are a 7-8 minute walk away in the Ivywild neighborhood.
