Entre "trĂšs bien" et "moyen" c'est Ă  dire bien.

Appt plutĂŽt bien placĂ© Ă  Calpe. Piscine de bonne taille, fraĂźche car un peu couverte mais positif pour nous. A revoir: literie, ne de douche petite surtout en hauteur, fuite sur le cĂŽtĂ©, absence de four, climatisation efficace dans la partie nuit mais trĂšs bruyante mĂȘme Ă©teinte (signalĂ©). Le problĂšme majeur reste le portail d'entrĂ©e (garage, prĂ©vu aussi pour piĂ©tons) qui mĂ©riterait d'ĂȘtre automatisĂ©. Sinon location agrĂ©able dans l'ensemble. Attention, nombreuses marches dans toute l'habitation.

Zona de piscina buena, la entrada a la casa es por el garaje con una puerta incomoda de abrir y complicada, el interior de la casa es muy normal, los colchones y almohadas muy incomodos, en la cocina se echa de menos un horno y varios utensilios como una tabla de cortar alimentos...las parrillas de la barbacoa sucisimas, imposible de usar tuvimos que comprar una

Tuvimos problemas el primer dĂ­a ya que caĂ­a agua del aire acondicionado,el chico de mantenimiento lo solucionĂł enseguida. El problema es que este aparato estĂĄ colocado en el pasillo frente a una pared por lo que el aire no se distribuye. DeberĂ­an avisar de que se entra por el garaje ya que en la parte de arriba viven los dueños,no nos supuso ningĂșn problema,pero creo que estarĂ­a bien decirlo. Al tener techo la piscina no le daba el sol y el agua estaba helada,pero siempre muy limpia.

In einem Schlafzimmer war keine GlĂŒhbirne, sodass man kein Licht hatte. In der Dusche war der Abfluss stĂ€ndig verstopft, sodass das Wasser nicht gut ablaufen konnte. Sollte man vielleicht mal richtig reinigen. Und es gab keinen Backofen. Ansonsten war alles super!
