The accommodation is 120 m² nice and has views to the sea and to the mountain. Facing south-east, the bungalow has two floors, a main floor with a living-dining room with air conditioning, a kitchen open to the living room with a small gallery where the washing machine and the water heater are, a bathroom with toilet and washbasin and a nice terrace with beautiful open views where you can see beautiful sunsets. Going down some internal stairs we reach the sleeping area where we find the master bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and access to a terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning and the third bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning. On the lower floor we also find a complete bathroom with shower.



Exterior of the bungalow:



With a plot of about 200 m2 approx, at the entrance to the house we find a closed parking area and another open parking area at the door of the house (total 2 parking spaces). a terrace at the exit to the living room and another terrace on the ground floor which is accessed from inside the house or by external stairs. The house has a portable barbecue.



The entrance to the residential is closed with a communal electric gate, it has a communal swimming pool area with paddling pool for the little ones of the house, showers and sunbeds and sunshades area (check opening hours, dates and capacity). The residential has a total of 18 bungalows, but only 14 use the communal pool, which makes it a very quiet place with very few people.

It is located 500 m from the sandy beach of Puerto Blanco, 500 m from the cove Les Urques, and restaurants, 1.5 km to the town of Calpe, 76 km to the airport "Alicante-Elche Airport, 03195 L'Altet, Alicante" and is located in an ideal area for families.
