Pour le prix, il faudrait soigner la literie : des matelas-mousse trop durs. Dans la moitié des cas, posés sur des planches ! Mal de dos garanti... RAS pour le reste

La propreté n'est pas forcément le top, il faudrait peut être proposer un forfait pour le nettoyage ou revoir le tarif à la baisse, car quand on est un groupe de 12 et qu'on nous annonce 132e de frais de nettoyage ça pique un peu. Heureusement que le personnel de l'agence est sympathique.
