Oversized 3 bedroom, 3 bath plus powder room in oceanside condo. Incredible an fun space for all to enjoy! The main level offers upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops, all newer appliance and a sweet breakfast nook with bistro table and chairs. Also a comfy living room space with fireplace, hardwood type flooring and beautiful décor throughout. The dining area offers seating for 6 with a bar area off the kitchen. The condo has a 3rd floor private master suite, that offers a beautiful king bed large bath and walk in closet. Also a wonderful top floor balcony with magnificent views. The walk in level out of the attached garage, includes 2 ground floor bedrooms. One offers a queen bed with patio and the other twin adorable twin beds. Free Wi-Fi, smart TV's, beach towels and and pool toys! There is a spacious, separate laundry with full sized washer and dryer for you to use during your visit. This condo is brightly painted with incredible light and lush views all around!

Offering a private board walk out to the beach and Atlantic ocean. Sea Winds is a gated beach front community with sparkling pool with jacuzzi for you to enjoy as well. The community also has a clubhouse that can be rented for private functions. Unbelievable shops, restaurants, bike trails and beach life all around you!

Reservation will include a $45.00 Damage Protection Plan with coverage up to $3,000. If you do not wish to purchase this plan, a security deposit will be required.

This was the perfect 3/3 1/2 unit for our family's beach vacation. With 3 levels, it gave us room to spread out and have space to ourselves, but also plenty of room on the main floor together. With 3 patios, there was good outside access and the walk to the beach was not a bad one. The property's pool area was also very nice and well maintained. This unit was very clean and maintained as well. Also with a small garage it gave a great spot to park our beach wagon and chairs so we didn't have sand coming in the unit's entryway. We will definitely plan to return!

Nice Condo and location

We liked the condo and location. Easy access to beach and all local food and Publix. My only issue with this was the listing had 3pm check in and it is actually 4pm. Talked with management and they were going to fix this.

Definitely would rent again!

Loved the location of the property and ease to get to the beach. Had some requests and management was attentive. Hope to stay there again in the future.
