Residence "Ariane", 3 storeys. Above Corbier, 50 m from the centre, 50 m from the skiing area. For shared use: swimming pool heated (25 x 12 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 13.Dec. - 10.Apr. and 27.Jun. - 28.Aug. pool opening hours: 10:00-19:30). In the complex: lift, storage room for skis. Public parking 20 m. Shop 10 m, grocery 200 m, restaurant, bar 10 m, bus stop "Centre-Bagagerie" 50 m, railway station "St Jean de Maurienne" 17 km, outdoor swimming pool 200 m. Ski lift, chair lift 50 m, ski school 150 m, ski-kindergarten 200 m, sled run 150 m. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. The swimming pool facilities are 200 m from the residence at the municipal pool. Entrance for under 3’s is not allowed. Children between 3 and 5 years old are allowed subject to weather conditions (in winter). Entrance tickets to the swimming pool are included in your rental price and will be given to you when you check in.
2-room apartment 45 m2 on 2nd floor, north facing position. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (130 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony, north facing position. Alcove with curtain with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony. Small, open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine) with bar. Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating, boiler (150 litres). Carpet. 2 small balconies, north facing position. View of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

appartement calme et fonctionnel ; bien situé tant au niveau de l'emplacement station que pour le côté pratique d'un batiment de 2 étages seulement. Beauoup de rangements appréciables en hiver. Deux points à améliorer : un volet bloqué fermé, masquant une partie intéressante de la vue : la literie de la zone "lits superposés" est en état moyen et convient putôt à des enfants qu'à un adulte .

Que de problème lit casser, panne de réfrigérateur, panne de chauffage, manque d’eau chaude électroménager fumant. Ne recommande pas du tout besoin d’une rénovation!! Très mécontent

A part qlq manques en ustensiles de cuisine, un four fumant et certains matelas qui commencent à fatiguer , bel appartement dans une station fort agréable
