Propre mais très mal isolé et beaucoup de fils électrique qui traînent Branchement électrique plus que moyen et pas vraiment aux normes Très peu sécurisant comme appartement Dommage , vu le prix !

Appartement agréable mais vétuste. Meubles Vieux et abîmés. Vitrages inadaptés ce qui créer beaucoup de condensation y compris sur les murs.... Fuites eau dans les toilettes. Vaisselle vétuste également en ce qui concerne les poêles par exemple. Vraiment dommage car sinon c'est une belle location.
