Couldn’t get into property

The owner of the boat would not message us a way of getting in. VRBO refuse to refund us and we’ve had our holiday ruined. Haven’t slept for the last two days. This was supposed to be a treat for my family and I but it’s turned into a nightmare. We never have this issue with a similar company which we have used for 6 other bookings on this trip. I will never book through VRBO or Expedia (their parent company) ever again.

SĂ©jour atypique au cƓur de Malestroit. La pĂ©niche est trĂšs bien placĂ©e dans la ville, toutes les commoditĂ©s sont Ă  proximitĂ©. Petit bĂ©mol, il n'est pas bien prĂ©cisĂ© sur l'annonce qu'il n'y a pas de douche.
