Large evergreen trees and lush ferns throughout this magical property, Elk Creek runs through the land and you can hear the Calawah River nearby. The house is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay enjoyable.

This location is absolutely fantastic. Michele is a phenomenal and gracious host (she left us snacks to include the full kit for making s'mores!!!). The property has a plethora of amenities and is incredibly comfortable. We will be staying here again in the future when we are exploring that side of the peninsula again! Thank you so much Michele!

Property is right in the middle of everything on the Olympic peninsula, yet peaceful and secluded. Michele was a great host, I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back in the area.

A quiet beautiful spot in Forks

The place is very nice and located in a quiet, beautiful, spot near Forks. It was perfect for us to go and explore the various national parks and shorelines nearby.

Great Getaway

I loved the Hideway. Although most of my time was out seeing the sights, it was wonderful to come back to the little cabin in the evening. The deck was lovely. I would definitely stay there again.

Peaceful stay

Exactly as listed! Everything you need to enjoy your stay and so many extras thoughtfully provided. We enjoyed exploring the rainforest and coast and the having a quiet retreat at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

Great New little house in the forest

Great house, very clean, nicely set up, and new appliances with everything we needed (cooking, laundry, hanging on the porch). Easy to get to and visit all the Beaches nearby. Also nice quick little walks in the area to the river.

Excellent host & property!

The house is in a great location for exploring Olympic National Park - close enough to provide access to the beaches and trailheads, and just out of the way enough to provide a relaxing place to come back to and enjoy the view from the porch in the evening. Michele is friendly and accessible, and has thought of everything to make the stay more enjoyable, and the house itself is cozy and fully loaded. I loved my stay, thank you!

Reality Reprieve

We wanted to relax from all responsibilities and Michelle’s little hideaway was perfect for just that. It had all amenities needed, was within a short jaunt to gather supplies or see sights. It is beautiful and quiet. Loved our time together there.

Perfect spot for Olympic explorers

I enjoyed my stay here—the property is peaceful and pretty. Michele has thought of all the details. The location was perfect for my needs. Close to the areas of Olympic National Park that I wanted to see the most, as well as a small town with a grocery store and gas station.

Beautiful private getaway next to a forested drive.

This was the perfect central location for our adventures in the Olympic national park! We enjoyed hiking, beaches and waterfalls and returned to our quiet property to enjoy a meal on the porch or by the firepit. It was wonderful to be 2 minutes from town but feel like we were in a cabin in the woods. Loved it!

Great base for Olympic National Park

This is the perfect base for visiting the National Park! The cabin was very well appointed and the indoor decor and amenities were well beyond our expectations! The location itself is perfect for a quiet and scenic get-away. The owner was very friendly and generous with snacks and helpful hints. We will certainly be returning here in the future!

Quiet, private location

Very cute. Perfect forest getaway for 2. Quiet wooded location within walking distance to the Calawah. Close enough to town that it is not a hassle to run in to pick something up, but far enough out to be very private.

Anniversary trip
