Chalet "L'Epachat", 2 storeys. Outside the resort, 12 km from the centre of St Gervais, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.2 km from the skiing area. Private: property 1'800 m2, swimming pool fenced (8 x 5 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 31.Aug.). In the house: central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Le Grattague" 160 m, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 12.2 km. Tennis 1.5 km, slopes 1.5 km, ski bus stop 160 m, ski school 1.5 km, cross country ski track 1.5 km, ice rink 8.9 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge).
"L'Epachat", 7-room chalet 200 m2 on 3 levels. Very comfortable and beautiful furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room 60 m2 with open-hearth fireplace, separate WC, radio and hi-fi system. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), bath/WC. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Exit to the garden. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm). Exit to the garden. Bathroom, shower/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: lounge with library, satellite TV and flat screen. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC. Balcony 39 m2. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (roofed, 2 cars). Please note: non-smoking house. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Comme des pachas à la montagne

Très beau Châlet, très chaleureux, parfait pour des vacances à la montagne en famille ou entre amis. Encore mieux que sur les photos. La décoration est soignée et personnalisée. La mezzanine et les jeux ont été très appréciés des enfants. La pièce de vie est très spacieuse et lumineuse et la vue sur le mont blanc fantastique. Les navettes à 100m du Chalet permettent de rejoindre les pistes très rapidement.

Chalet très intéressant sur de nombreux critères. Joli chalet, vue magnifique, spacieux, ... Malheureusement, de nombreux points laissaient à désirer. Parmi ceux-ci. Piscine chauffée ... à 23°C. Insuffisant. Poussière pas prise à de nombreux endroits, vitres sales. Pas possible de regarder les chaînes tv. Pas d'abonnement? Douche froide durant les 4 premières nuitées. Merci à la dame d'interhome pour son intervention et sa disponibilité... Dommage parce que ce chalet est malgré tout magnifique!

Trop de petits soucis pdt le sejour

Tres joli chalet mais malheureusement . Pendant une semaine terrassement juste a cote avec grue , camions , marteau piqueur etc . Impossible de se reposer . Piscine a 21 degres . Trop froide . En plus le menage laissait vraiment a desire vue le standing de ce chalet . Poussieres et moumoutes sous les lits . Des dizaines de mouches mortes ts les jours . On est vraiment decu .

De cette façon, nous pouvons demander à l'équipe de nettoyage de revisiter la location avec la plus haute priorité.

Fabulous Holiday Home

We had a wonderful week in this outstanding chalet. very close to the ski lift. were able to ski back practically to the chalet. everything we needed for a good holiday. would love to visit in the summer so that we use the pool. fantastic view overlooking Mont Blanc. would highly recommend. Best chalet we've ever stayed in. possibly not ideal for very young children as the upstairs mezzanine area only had very thin barriers that a small child could fall through.

Prima uitzicht

Ruim huis met prachtig uitzicht op de Mont blanc. Heerlijk om na een wandeling kekker het zwembad in te duiken. Wat storend was waren 4 apparaten die in het gras stonden en een hoog frequente pieptoon uitzonden. We hebben ze naar zo ver mogelijk weg gelegd.

Aan de voet van de Mont Blanc

De woning heeft een grote glaspartij met prachtig zicht op de flanken van de Mont Blanc. Er is een terras rond het huis om te genieten van buiten. Alle kamers en sanitair zijn goed in orde. Het huis staat vol met boeken en CD's en (antieke) spulletjes waardoor je een echt thuisgevoel hebt.
