Luxury one bedroom, full kitchen and glass shower bathroom. Located on the lower level of our new guest house Thevine II (land is next door /adjacent to our main house land Thevine 1). Swimming pool, kayaks, tiki bar, hand made sand beach with beautiful lounge chairs and over the water gazebo.

You won’t be disappointed!!!

My husband and I stayed at Thevine House during our recent stay and we have agreed this was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed at. Moriah Harbour is beautiful area full of natural beauty. Nathalie is a wonderful host and Mrs Burrows is at your service quickly if needed. The house has an excellent layout and everything you could possibly need during your stay. The view from the top veranda is a postcard view and all the kayaks and paddle boards come in handy! Courtney is a great contact for authentic food and we had a great time on a bone fishing excursion with Drex. Thank you so much for so many great memories!

Romantic anniversary trip

Perfection in paradise! The property was immaculate and beautifully maintained. Felt secluded and very private. View was breathtaking. We met the owner and she was very warm and accommodating. We will be back to stay there again!!!

The place was “TheVine”

The Vine 2 apartment was absolutely stunning and impeccably maintained. The owners ensure you have everything you need for a memorable stay. The size of the apartment was perfect for my husband and me. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we enjoyed cooking most of our meals and dining on the terrace and under the pergola. Its location is ideal for unwinding and taking in the breathtaking 50 shades of blue in the water. We made great use of the kayaks, exploring the islands and sandbanks. We also rented a car to explore the island from north to south. We highly recommend this place and its location—you won't regret it!

Wonderful Week in Paradise!

This was our 4th trip to Exuma and we chose this property based on its location in the Mariah Harbor area close to The Cut. It was such a nice place for just the 2 of us. Super clean and beyond beautiful property which was obviously planned for privacy from the neighboring houses. Thr property, inside and out, was immaculate. Desereen was so helpful and did our pre-arrival grocery shopping. She was attentive, helpful and always friendly. We cannot recommend this property more for 2 solo travelers. It is sooooo peaceful there. Perfection!!

A wonderful retreat for exhausted parents!!

Location was very quiet. Great access to park, beaches and lazy river via kayaks. Rented a boat and docked it for a few days. Very well appointed VRBO, we cannot recommend enough for a couples retreat. Fridge was stocked with everything we needed for our stay!

Spectacular

Second time back the Thevine 2 and it has to be the best place to stay! I even have trip 3 planned! This time I had the Honor and privilege of meeting the owners of this amazing place. Nathalie , Yvon and there beautiful family, It was so great to meet you! You have a beautiful family and you both are so very warm and friendly that we felt like family! The home is beautiful, spotless and comfortable! Every attention to detail to make you feel comfortable and actually better than being at home, was brilliant! The view and location has to be the best on Exuma! Thank you for everything! I will be back and hope to see you all again ❤️

LOVE this place!

My partner and I stayed at Thevine House ll last year in December and knew when we left that we'd be going back again. The apartment is very well appointed with high end fixtures and furnishings - tasteful throughout. The private deck, gardens, pool, gazebo out over the water, view of Moriah Harbour Cay - all stunning. A true gem that just leaves you wanting to spend more time there.

Perfect Get Away on Moriah Harbour

Thevine II guesthouse was perfect for my husband and I; perfect size and well appointed and maintained. The property is amazing, with a spectacular view of the peaceful harbor. The bed was very comfortable and included 600+ thread count sheets. Everything in the kitchen was in excellent condition and we had all the kitchen tools needed to make meals. We used the pool, SUP boards and kayaks while we were there. There was no construction going on nearby while we there at all - so we had an extremely peaceful stay which is what I desperately needed after several stressful months at work. Communication with Nathalie was always timely and friendly. We highly highly recommend this place to others, especially for a couple or small family who like to be near the harbor. One of the best rentals we’ve had on the island - and this was our 10th visit here.

Perfect Small Retreat

Thevine Guest House II is the perfect retreat for two. Exceptionally clean. Excellent amenities (including top-of-the-line appliances). There were people on both sides of us but we hardly noticed them because of the smart layout of the property. Our host and the property caretakers were devine - at Thevine.

Fantastic property in Mariah Harbour

This property is fantastic. We’ve stayed on Exuma before, and this is one of the best properties we’ve experienced. Perfect size for a couple. Having Moriah Harbour park a short Kayak away is fantastic. BUT a few downsides we noticed when visiting in Sep’23. The next door property is under construction so expect noise, even on a weekend. Another villa has started construction about 50m away, breaking ground with loud heavy machinery. Constant burning of rubbish and smoke in the air….And I know the owners have no control of their neighbours, but the house one along, has visitors blaring loud music during the day…which is so disappointing because the harbour is so peaceful and tranquil. During our stay there was a water leak from the unit above which the housekeeper attended to right away, which meant a night in the adjacent property. We also had a Wi-Fi outage for one day. Which the housekeeper and owner I know we’re trying to rectify quicker.

Perfect Property with Breathtaking Views

We just got back from a 9-night stay at TheVine House II and had an absolutely wonderful vacation. The property was very clean and perfect for a couples’ getaway. While we were there we were able to meet one of the owners who was extremely helpful including offering to show us how to navigate Moriah Harbour and surrounding areas with our rented boat. We travelled up and down the island during our stay and this property and it’s location was our favorite part - close enough to dining locations but not in all of the hustle and bustle. The views of Moriah Harbour and the closeness to kayak/boat over to the national park was perfect (10 min kayak to the prettiest sandbars/beaches). The owners had compiled a lot of helpful resources, guides, pamphlets, etc. to help us on our trip as well. We will definitely return.

Perfection!

This property and location were amazing! From the views to the perks of kayaks and a prime location, I was thrilled with the offerings of this unit. The furnishings are reflected well in the photos online--very clean and neutral decor. I loved having the pool to cool off in after hours of kayaking across to the park and playing for hours. We even kayaked to Haulover Bay one afternoon just to see if we could do it! Every day was a new adventure in the Exuma playground. It was very quiet. I really appreciated having a washer and dryer and drinkable water. These features are very important to me. The unit was stocked with toilet paper and paper towels, even tissues, that lasted the whole week! Check in and checkout were easy, and I knew that Ms. Burrows was close if we had any issues. I would definitely rent this same property again. It's really perfect in so many ways. One note: the listing does mention that there isn't a television. I did bring my laptop, and it was nice to watch a movie before bed and during a few rainy moments. I'm not dependent on television, but I was happy I packed it at the last minute. Wifi was really good by the way. Thank you for a perfect anniversary celebration!

Exuma Dreamin'

Just got back from our 2nd stay at Thevine House (we stayed in the large house next door last year and the 1-bedroom this year). Both properties are magical and will leave you wanting for nothing. Nathalie and her whole crew make sure everything runs smoothly from booking all the way to check-out and are the most gracious hosts you could ask for. I can't say anything that hasn't already been said before so I thought I might leave a few tips on some things we brought that you might want to consider bringing. Thevine II does not have a TV so if you are the type that likes to listen to a show while falling asleep you might want to consider bringing a little mini travel projector that you can stream your shows on up on the wall. It worked perfectly for us (I mean, who needs a TV in Exuma anyway) but we did enjoy getting to watch something in bed and one day when it was raining bad outside. We also brought some ground coffee and Ziplocs, along with some frozen special meats in a soft cooler bag as our personal item on the plane. Remember if you fly in on a Sunday everything is going to be closed (including grocery) so its nice to have something planned ahead of time if that is your arrival day. This unit is absolutely perfect for a couple. My husband and I had plenty of room and privacy. Drex always rents us his little boat and we love roaming around close to the house in the boat. It might be a little far to take his small boat all the way over to Chat N Chill/Stocking Island (unless there is no wind at all) but we mostly just stay in the Moriah Cay area. If you want to go to Stocking Island by boat, you can always rent from Minns in Georgetown or you might prefer Drex's larger boat to handle the chop better. Another tip is to take/keep a cooler in your car with you with some ice packs and cold drinks whenever you leave the house. You never know when you might need it for random food purchases, leftovers, or even find a surprise beach worth stopping at and want to enjoy a cold beverage. We will continue to rent both Thevine properties so long as Nathalie is kind enough to allow us to continue to keep coming back :) This is truly a little slice of heaven and we are so lucky the owners have chosen to share their paradise with us.

Ahhhhmazing!

5 star all around. Just a beautiful location. If you want something right on the beach, this isn’t for you but if you’re like us and love adventure and kayaking, this is the spot. A beautiful beach is a short kayak away. We saw stingrays, sea turtles, starfish, and a small shark on or within minutes. It’s centrally located on the island as well. We went all over. The pool was too cold to get in when we were there. The pool guy came the day before we left, which happened to be the only morning we were planning to just hang out. He made a lot of noise with a leaf blower for quite awhile which was unfortunate since it was our last day to enjoy the morning there. I get it, it needs to be done. Just wish he’d waited until the day we left. We never saw the caretaker but she had everything ready for us and we actually preferred it that way. Great spot, thanks for sharing!

Perfectly private get away for us!

My husband and I just returned from our time at Thevine II and we had an absolutely wonderful stay! The guest house is fantastic - beautifully decorated/designed and has everything you need from a perfectly planned kitchen and outdoor grill to kayaks. The guest house has a lovely and huge porch with a dining table and sitting area. We spent time in the pool and the beach area and hung out on the covered area near the water. We rented a skiff from Drex for a few days and it was so convenient to keep the boat right at their dock. My husband and I have vacationed in the Bahamas many, many times over the years and we are always looking for quaint and private places for the two of us to relax. Thevine II is by far the best we've experienced and we hope to return again. The owners were extremely easy to correspond with and Yvonne (I hope I'm spelling the name correctly!) was there when we were there. He was super helpful and friendly, but completely gave us our space to relax and enjoy. Such a gem of a place!!!

Exceeded my expectations!

This is a fabulous property in an unbeatable location. Everything is as pictured with really nice touches throughout like motion sensor outdoor lighting, fresh water hose with spray nozzle to rinse all the salt and sand after the days excursion. We rented a boat and having it docked right there at the house was an incredible luxury. The garden is lovely and very well tended and between the gazebo, the deck and the pool and 'beach' area there was aways a comfortable place to relax outside. The apartment is quality throughout and very comfortable with everything you might need. All I can say is that once there, you will not want to leave!

Great location and amazing destination

This property is the the perfect location for your exumas vacation. The owners have thought of everything you may need and it’s truly even so much better in person than the pictures. We loved sitting on the deck watching sunsets and using the kayaks to go out to the sandbars. We also rented a boat from Drex which we kept at the dock and it was perfect!! I can’t imagine that any other rental could be better! The owners were there when we visited which they were a pleasure to meet and offer ideas for where to eat and things to do. Thanks for a great week!!

Amazing Property With a Spectacular View

We stayed in TheVine 2 for a week and it was truly paradise. The location is about 15 minutes from Georgetown and is nestled in between some very nice homes and is right on the water. The appliances and furnishings are high end and the kitchen has everything you need. It is a small apartment and perfect for two people. Every detail of the property is very well thought out for privacy for the tenants. The view is spectacular! The pool was very clean the entire stay with lots pool floats and toys available. The laundry room was a huge plus so you can pack light. We were fortunate to meet the property owner who lives in a separate property above this one. She was so nice and gave us fresh dragon fruit and answered any questions we had but gave us our privacy. The dock area over the water and hammock were my favorite places to hang out and watch the turtles and fish swimming around. The view of Moriah Harbour is spectacular and a short kayak trip away to explore the hidden beaches and islands in the Harbour. Staying at such a perfect property on our first trip to Exuma was the best experience we could have hoped for. So thankful we found this slice of paradise. We will definitely stay here again and can’t wait to come back.
